> 3 dayDecent brightness, nice color temperature. This one did not come with the 3M sticky backing and as you can see from the photo the black sticky stuff can come off the less while you are pulling the red plastic off. The description or a review said they switched to 3m, but that is not what got sent to me. I got some deep orange as well and that did come with 3m adhesive. Be prepared to use your own adhesive. I will use a little silicone in spots or everywhere if gravity pulls it down.

> 3 dayIve been buying these for a few years for various uses. These ones are way dimmer than they used to be. Continued cheapification of popular products on Amazon.

> 3 dayI installed these lights in 4 foot sections to clean, new aluminum. Just to be sure it was clean, I cleaned it again with rubbing alcohol. As I was installing the fourth strip, the first strip was already starting to fall off!!! It didn’t even last 15 minutes! By the next day, without even turning the lights on, all the strips had at least half of the strip detached. Three had completely fallen off. (I had also purchased a different brand of light with 3M adhesive strips, there was no adhesive problem with those lights.) I’m satisfied with these lights, but I’ll have to remove the adhesive strip and replace them with something that will actually stick! If I hadn’t already done all the setup and soldering, I would just throw them out and start over with a better brand! Update: I peeled the adhesive backing - it came off quite easily. I replaced it with “3M (38583 1/4 x 15 Exterior Attachment Tape” 1/4 inch width (from Amazon). It’s been up for a week with no signs of loosening at all. It took just over one package to do the whole string. Of course this adds about $10 to the cost of the lights, but at least they’re usable now! So, since I have plans to purchase additional strings, now I’m much more cautious about what type of adhesive is used. I will not rely on the “it’s strong” description, I’ll check the pictures looking for the red adhesive strip marked with “3M”. While I’m sure there’s probably other brands that work, I’m not going to waste my time and money to run the experiment. (I’m not receiving anything from 3M lol, I’m just happy I found something reliable!)

> 3 dayBe careful. The adhesive backing came off with the protective tape covering if you move too fast and make sure you are ready to place it. Once the adhesive touches the surface, even lightly, the adhesive will pull off from the light strip. Once on and wired, the lights are bright.

> 3 dayThe peel and stick adhesive is very poor when applying to interior car components. Cleaned the area prior to application and still falls off.

> 3 dayThese LEDs are great and just what I wanted. I installed 5 rolls under my 40 5th Wheel for some under-glow lighting and they look awesome. The adhesive seems to be holding up really well, I installed these in April and have pulled the camper about 500 miles since then without issue. Cleaned the frame with brake cleaner before installing. Having wires at both ends is great for short runs where you need two pieces. I will let the pics speak for the product.
