> 3 dayThey are bright. They have a nice silicone cover. I like that they have additional wires off the end. It allows you to use the left over piece if you dont use the entire roll. Quality control is a little lacking. The double sided tape was coming off the strip as you unrolled it. Out of 5 rolls, I had 2 instances where the double sided foam tape stuck to the backing for a couple inches. Not a huge deal in one application as they were laying flat, facing up. The other application, time will tell. The last problem was poor shrink wrap at the connector. If QC was a little better with better double sided tape, it would get another star.

Greater than one weekBe careful. The adhesive backing came off with the protective tape covering if you move too fast and make sure you are ready to place it. Once the adhesive touches the surface, even lightly, the adhesive will pull off from the light strip. Once on and wired, the lights are bright.

Greater than one weekI bought the blue LED strip that could hook up to a car/boat battery. Very simple. A Pos lead and a Neg lead. I unrolled the strip and hooked them up to a toggle switch in my 16 fishing boat. I stuck the strips up underneath the gunwales. I just finished installing them and they look great. Very use to install and the strips felt very sticky/tacky. I hope that they stick for a long time on aluminum. Great shipping, but Im fearing that they will lose their tackiness and fall out of place. If they last more than a season or two, Ill update this review to a 5 star. In hind sight... I should probably put a fuse on the Pos lead .... but that will be a project for another day.

> 3 dayThis product seems much better in quality and brightness than others that I bought. I cost a little more, but youll be better off. My last strip failed after just one year because water mist corroded the circuit board very easily.

12-04-2025Everything about these LED lights is good EXCEPT YOU CANNOT CUT AND JOIN STRIPS WITH PRE-FABBED CONNECTORS. I tried several different makes of connectors, none worked. You can cut and solder the strips together and they will work but that is tedious and time consuming. I have done several projects with LED lights and connectors, these are the only ones I have had to solder.

> 3 dayThese lights are super bright and they’re a great color. However, they get super hot when left on for a while, and the adhesive on the back pooped out after 3 days. If you buy these lights, buy some aluminum led strip channels to go with them and keep them away from anything highly flammable. Good for $15 but if you’re looking for a premium product, keep looking!

> 3 dayI received this LED light strip on June 6, installed under my kitchen cabinets June 10, today is June 20 and the LEDs are burnt out in 3 places! Also extremely hot to touch. My other LED light strips (different brand) are warm but not hot. I guess you get what you pay for! I do not recommend this product.
