> 3 dayThis item does not work AT ALL... I plug it in and set it up following BOTH directions that it came with as well as YouTube and it will not work! I even contacted Amazon for a refund and they told me to send it back and I would get a refund!! I have since sent it out TWICE and BOTH TIMES it was delivered back to me in the mail!! its a very crappy product that for some reason is being rejected when I ship it back with Amazons return label!!

Greater than one weekI spent all afternoon trying different ways to get it to connect to its own app or my google home. There was no instructions with it, I tried youtube for help.

> 3 dayI had difficulty setting it up. It’s not even connected to my Alexa yet, because I had to download the BroadLink app and make an account there, but couldn’t get Alexa to find the device even after doing that. And after all I that I was over it so settled with it working through the BroadLink app. However, using the plug through the BroadLink app has been smooth. I will add you might have better luck, because I’m not the most tech savvy person.

> 3 dayTHESE ARE NOW IN THE TRASH WHERE THEY BELONG! Ive wasted more time on trying to get the Broadlink app and Alexa to discover these. I finally got them to find one, and within an hour it Alexa said it was unresponsive and remains that way. Tried 2 more but could not get them to be recognized. I have a background in computer system and have several other brands of plugs (along with numerous Echo devices) that I have connected to Alexa. Buy this if you enjoy being frustrated by devices that dont do what the manufacturer says it will.

> 3 dayI used 6 of these smart plugs for my Christmas lights inside and outside my house. All the plugs were wirelessly connected to Alexa so all I had to do to turn on/off all the lights was to give the command one time. It really made the process easier!

> 3 dayI got this for a timer for a plant light it is a little confusing on the app but once it’s done then it’s perfect. Doesn’t take up too much space on the plug either.
