Extremely difficult for me to figure out set up. took three tries and numerous hours as I am not tech savvy. No instructions, and bad packaging labeling. Horrible experience. But once I got it it runs an item 2xs per day for a minute as hoped. (would like 30 second duration but only full minute programming)

It did not take too long to set up and connected to my Alexa. Am happy with purchase

What to say about this plug, first I would love to say it’s an affordable option for anyone that’s looking to bring a little bit more of ease and technology into their life. Second if you are a beginner trying to get in to the Amazon Alexa system this would be a great add on to buying with your Amazon “Alexa” echo or your fire tablet. And lastly The value for your money is there it’s easy, very friendly, simple and beautiful design

Im not normally a fan of wifi devices, but these are impressive to say the least. Installing them is as simple as plugging them in, opening the connection to the device on the wifi of your phone and activating them with the phone. Ive had no trouble with them disconnecting, or failing. They work extremely well and the range they pick up is phenomenal. My phone will barely connect to the hub I have them on where theyre located but they work flawlessly. Im impressed. I have three of these in my shop a good 40 or more feet from my hub thats in my house. Im blown away that they dont lose connection that far away. Once theyre installed, all I had to do was look for them in Alexa and use them. No app needed. Thats impressive stuff right there.

I use this for tube lights to light my room enough to read by when Im in bed and it responds like one in ten times when I try to turn it on or off both in the app and via my alexa

I got this for a timer for a plant light it is a little confusing on the app but once it’s done then it’s perfect. Doesn’t take up too much space on the plug either.

This product is impossible to set up. I tried several times over the course of a couple of weeks and had no success. I have other smart plugs I was able to connect in a matter of seconds. The instructions are so convoluted and inconsistent for example when it says to connect to the BroadLink Wi-Fi item it doesn’t show up. Completely Useless product which I have returned
