Long battery life. The built-in charging port is a great feature, since I dont have to bring the whole charging cradle along.

Battery fits perfectly and last days depending on what your doing but definitely a recommendation

It works as it should so far have not had it long

I would have given this a five but I had to remove the long bus that runs from the top to the bottom of the battery case and bend the ends just past a true 90* angle so as to get the bus to lay in the case better. Then I had to use some clear silicone caulk to insulate that same bus so it would not rise up out of its slot and cause a short as some other reviewers have experienced. This case is a very complicated part to mold and Im very impressed with the quality of it. It fit my UV5R+ perfectly. If you choose to go the route I did please use some very tight fitting needle nose pliers so you can get the accuracy needed.

Works well, you need to pre-bend the contacts down slightly to keep from crushing them when inserting the batteries. Otherwise it works well.

So far so good, charged this fully 8 days ago and it still has one battery bar left. It’s in use as a listening-only scanner most of the day (to my wife’s great dismay) only turned off consistently overnight. I also bought the little USB plug that charges this directly and it seems to work but I’ve only charged the battery once via dock as the beginning of the charge/discharge/repeat process. So far so good.

Needed to replace a couple of batteries on my radios and these are factory fresh and excellent. Very simple to install and charge. These hold the charge very well and i get plenty of talk time out of these. Since my radios are of the same brand they fit very well and look great

Oops I left my radio on for like 3 days straight on active channels. Battery still said fully charged. Incredible.

No alterations required, slid right on like its supposed to . Dont goet snookered into getting a cheaper replacement, go with the manufacturer item. I learned that the hard way.
