This lens works just fine. Note, though, that I am no more than an interested and motivated amateur. My standards are not to a professional level.

This is the full package the only gripe I have is that it doesnt have a metal mount. Other than that its sharp and fast to focus. You cant do much better on a rebel without buying something ridiculously out of the realm of reason.

Overall this is a great lens for a beginner to have in their kit.
