Greater than one weekReally havent got to use this tool to much yet. Will have to wait and see how much I use it to see if it was worth the money I spent on it. What I have used it so far is fine

> 3 dayThis is one of those sewing tools you didnt know you needed until you got it! Great for measuring hems adjusting seam widths and anything where you need a consistent measurement. My only complaint was that it is pretty flimsy. I had seen larger more sturdy ones in stores but didnt want to pay the price. I guess you get what you pay for. With care, however, it should last a while.

Greater than one weekI buy seam guages by the dozen. Should have bought this years ago. Easy to read. Makes adding seam allowances and marking hem fast and accurate.

> 3 dayMeasuring is probably my least favorite part of sewing. However, this sliding gauge has made it a lot easier to get accurate measurements when cutting fabric with my rotary cutter and mat. I use it along with a clear ruler, and it really helps. The locking feature makes it a lot easier to get accurate measurements. Ive also used a metal ruler with a plastic piece that didnt lock. This one is much better.

> 3 dayWhat a let-down! Im generally a fan of Nancy and her notions, but this one is not very useful. First, its flimsy plastic. I have to keep it out of the fray when Im sewing just to make sure it isnt cracked. Also, the sliding gauge doesnt stay put, despite the little locking plastic piece that is supposed to hold it. If this was all metal Id love it. Theres a hole inside a rotating disc near the top for drawing circles, but the hole is really small. A needle fits, but not a t-pin, which is what you might want to use with a padded work surface. So, good ideas but cheap materials. Again.

> 3 dayThis is a great sewing tool. It is easy to operate, measurement stays put while using. Why didnt I buy one sooner?! So far, I have just used the measuring function, but with all the ways to use it, it has gotten my creative juices going! Well worth the price.

> 3 dayThis is my second one. The first one I used my rotary cutter with--dont do that! I cut part of the flat part off so hence, the second one. It is very handy and locks into place so it doesnt move unless you want it to.
