The machine works fine. But I order the buy new. But I think I got an use one instead. The box that it came with had some vinyl letters cut out. The machine was dirty. Missing accessories like the cutting mat but the all the cables that you needed were there. But overall I tested it and it works great.

The product came in nicely packed. Everything was in the packaged and everything was working right. The cuts are nice and precise and gets the job done. Instructions came in easy to read and nicely packed. Everything was self explanatory.

First of all, the poor reviews where people complain about having to purchase software is misleading. You DO NOT have to purchase software to use this machine. Cricut Design Space comes with the product and you can purchase monthly access to more images but it is not required. You can purchase individual images/fonts/etc if you choose but you can also find plenty of free files online or create your own by uploading images. Now onto my review. I LOVE this machine and have absolutely no regrets. Ive made cards, banners, a shirt with iron on vinyl, wall art... The possibilities are truly endless! The machine cuts so quickly and precisely--its a work of art just watching it in action. I have been wanting a Cricut for YEARS and I am SO HAPPY I finally bought it.

Im so excited to use it. The only thing wrong with it was the mat that came with it. It’s super dirty felt like it was used.

I wish I had started using this a lot sooner

Having a blast using ours. We made graduation card for my niece, tee-shirt for a company bbq and decals for the cars. Having fun.
