> 3 dayI love my cricut, it does everything I need it to do! It took me a while to figure it out and after 30 wasted sticker sheets later, I finally figured it out and got it to work for me and my business. It was definitely a learning curve but once you buy one, stick to it and you wont regret it. The only cons cricut has is that you cant set 2 different cutting strengths simultaneously on one project like the Silhouette can. You have to go back and adjust your settings and project to perform different cut strengths which can be very tedious so I would suggest to buy a paper cutter for sticker making projects just to have if you care about efficiency. Its also rather noisy and some people complain about it put personally I dont mind. Also the program/app is kind of hard to figure out but a couple youtube videos later and I feel pretty fluent now! It also looks aesthetically pleasing on your desk and it comes in so many pretty colors! Its bigger than it looks so make sure you have lots of room for it. It also comes with a light grip (blue) mat which is BEST for stickers! And please buy a cricut tools set as it does not come with any, just the mat.

Greater than one weekThis is an extraordinary machine! I had no idea of the hundreds of things you can do with it. I am a mix media artist and love crafting as well, specially with fabric and paper and this machine fits exactly for crafters or hobby. The Cricut works beautifully and the cuts are neat and fabulous. I dont have to buy doilies, envelopes cards, stencils, paper boxes, etc. etc. The possibilities are endless. The instructions are good, but it takes some time to really start with projects. It took me around two days, 3 hours a day, to learn the features and different designs, which is OK because the final product looks so professional that is worth the time to learn. Its amazing in how it can cut tiny details. If you are planning to use the Cricut with different projects and materials, I would recommend to get the three cutting mats. The machine comes already with a 12 x 12 regular mat, but there are some materials like heavy chipboard, felt and thick paper or fabric that will require a stronger blade and strong mat which is light violet in color. The other mat is for thin, fine, or light materials. In addition you can also purchase the 12 x 24 mat as well which is useful for big letters or banners. The only Con I found was the size of the cut and print feature. The machine can only print a cut no larger than 6 x 8 I called the company, and was informed that they are working on this issue, but have no exact date on when the upgrade for 12 x 12 prints will be available. In my case, so far I dont use it that much, but if you are going to cut transfers for t shirts, then I would not recommend it until the upgrade for larger cut and prints is available. The machine is a light and thin beautiful design and color. I had no problem in looking for a space in my crowded tiny craft room. I only had to place it in a book shelve I emptied and fit perfectly together with the tools, (not included) which I dont find that expensive. It comes with lots of images free , However, I would suggest that for only $7.99 a month you can have thousands of images, projects, and fonts. Any month you dont want to use the images, then you dont pay the $7.99 or $9.99, which is worth it. Customer Service is excellent as well as their chatting and lots of videos, projects, and endless ideas. Finally, you will not regret buying it.

> 3 dayLove is a strong word... but I love my Cricut! At first when I bought this machine, I thought, Im really not all that crafty and I probably wont ever use this machine and itll collect dust just like all the big dollar items Ive purchased over the years BUT little did I know that Id start cutting vinyl and end up making a business out of it!!! I now have a steady flow of customers that buy from me on Etsy and eBay daily! Im definitely more creative than I thought I was and I actually love sitting down to design decals and cut them out with my Cricut Explorer Air 2! Even though Ive only mentioned vinyl, this machine does SO SO SO much more. I believe it cuts 100 different types of materials including vinyl but Ive had so much fun cutting vinyl decals that Ive yet to explore any of the other projects that you can make with this little work horse! So far, Im still using the original blade that it came with (fine point) and it cuts like a dream! If youre curious about this machine and would like to hear more about what all it does, go to QVC or HSN on YouTube and watch the sales videos. Thats how I first heard about it. It really does give you a good idea of what you can do with it. I recently made two heat transfer vinyl shirts with this machine as well and I get compliments on the shirts all the time! I now have a new hobby to this little work horse! Thanks Amazon for selling it to me at such a low price on Amazon Prime Day!!! Thanks Cricut for making such a wonderful product, and thank you for allowing Cricut users to use your design software FREE without having to purchase a separate license to use your Design Software!

> 3 dayGood for cutting stickers. Not a fan of how much wasted space is used for the guidelines, but it’s necessary. Cutting sound isn’t too much a problem. Inconvenient that you have to place the mat and cut sheets individually but expected. Peeling stickers from the mat can be a hassle but expected. A little big for my preferences (around the same length as my printer) but not too big a problem.

04-04-2025The product came in nicely packed. Everything was in the packaged and everything was working right. The cuts are nice and precise and gets the job done. Instructions came in easy to read and nicely packed. Everything was self explanatory.

> 3 dayCricut used to be the creme de la creme for makers, artists, and crafters, but theyve seriously lost their way. This is a great device overall, but the software that comes with it is absolute garbage in every possible way, and in a few weeks Cricut will be demanding you pay $10 a month for Access which is their paid subscription product in order to continue to use your own designs or be capped at 20 total uploads per month. This is unacceptable, and while the hardware is fantastic, the software, which has been hot garbage for years, is now a paid subscription that all but the lightest of occasional users will have to buy into to keep using their device. There is no local option; everything goes through their servers and now youre going to be charged to use them. I cant complain about the hardware, but considering how often I have to upload, then re-upload, then re-upload just to get something right with this clod of an app, its disheartening to know Ill have to pay $10 a month to keep going. The only thing they have going for them is that the competition is terrible (Sorry Silhouette, your app is garbage and your hardware is pathetic) but I am not a happy camper. If they go back on this subscription service, or give me a local storage option, Ill happily up my rating because I am, overall, very happy with my purchase, but as of today? It was hard to not go down to 1 star. Cricut needs to fix this because great hardware hobbled by terrible software is not great hardware.

> 3 dayIt’s a great product but nearly everything you do costs extra money on top of this pricey machine. They suggest you get a subscription…I try to download images from the internet and use that what but it takes much longer. Otherwise, it’s as advertised
