It is an excellent monitor, it works Perfect, I arrive in good condition, without any problems, there are no dead pixels and it looks very good, I think that the 27-inch size is too big to be 1080p but it still looks very good. It includes its cable of current and an hdmi. I use it to play with a laptop with an RTX 2060 and it takes advantage of GSync and 144hz perfectly (to use GSync you need to use a display port cable, so you have to buy one separately since the monitor only includes an hdmi cable , to use Freesync you can use hdmi or dp). the monitor is very good, it does not produce heat and it is held very well and it has a support that allows you to adjust the monitor to your liking except turning it. a small observation is that the base being vertically movable you must apply pressure on the monitor, the base is a bit hard so you have to lower or raise it carefully since you can damage the monitor if you apply a lot of force (I recommend that you use your two hands to move it and holding it directly from the center at the bottom where the logo is and the top so you dont have problems and complications when moving it) on the base it holds very well and wont move unless you do. It is very comfortable, good and small frames on the screen, it is not very thick, it is very good and Perfect. One detail is only that in the shipment, as it is not packed in a box and as it is sent directly in its original packaging, it is very damaged, but in the same way it is only the box and inside it is very well protected. I recommend also installing the monitor software to be able to configure it from the PC without having to use the buttons on the monitor itself. perfect i love it

This is a really great monitor. I picked it up on a Black Friday sale for ~$200. Because it was so cheap, I honestly didnt realize it was going to be so big! (which is not a complaint, the measurements are right in the title). I was replacing a small tv monitor that i had been using for work & gaming. This is a huge upgrade. Pros: - its not a weird widescreen resolution, so websites dont get stretched oddly - the stand allows for a lot of control on height and tilt, right out of the box. - Really good clarity and color balance without much adjustment - a simple cable management hole in the stand made all the difference in keeping my desk neat with a wired keyboard + webcam. Really a nice touch. Cons - It is VERY heavy once set up. It can be difficult to adjust on a desk because of that. If you have noodle arms like me, a second person might be helpful to have around if you need to pick it up and move it off the floor.

As the headline states I am very impressed with the quality of this thing. The freesync works well with minor flicker if you go out of range but thats with any VA panel. If youre in range with smooth a smooth frame rate the freesync works great. The image quality is amazing, excellent contrast and the brightness is plenty for me measured at some 500 nits on rtings website. The backlight bleed is very minimal so thats crucial for me. It gives a wow effect for sure. Its pretty heavy and bulky so be careful handling this puppy. Its a very solid construct. The base of the stand is heavy which makes me feel like its strong and of quality. It went together like a breeze and when I first started the game I was blown away. Theres a driver to download and install. I did a calibration test through a series of images just eye balling it and it looked spot on perfect. I didnt have to change anything really out of the box. Im not sure if the driver set it up where it needs to be or what but Id suggest the driver on Dells website. Its easy to find on google. Thanks for this amazing product Dell! I sent back that AOC 27 and got this one. This thing is MUCH better but also more expensive.

Up front, Im not a gamer. I bought this to use for work from home, and for recording (Reaper). It was to replace a pair of 27 Acer CB2s (IPS). The extra horizontal pixel real estate is great, as is the curve, which is really easy to get used to. The extra width makes displaying two windows side by side really intuitive and really cuts down on needing to resize or scroll either horizontally. Im totally sold on this size, resolution and the curve. It took me about 5 minutes to realize theres no going back - though this particular monitor went back, more on that in a minute. While I love the size and format, this monitor was initially a bit of a let down for my intended use. The VA panel is much more washed out and inconsistent off axis, and its quite noticeable next to an IPS panel. Note- understanding this is the nature of the panel technology, and that curved IPS monitors are currently offered at a much higher price point, Im not deducting stars for this. I just feel its important to point out for anyone else considering replacing an existing IPS 16:9 monitor with this. If youre not going to use it SxS with an IPS monitor, this might not be as big of an issue for you. It gets plenty bright and the contrast and sharpness are good enough for office use. The first thing that did cost a star was VESA mounting. If you intend to mount it a VESA mount, the depth of the mounting plate makes this exceptionally difficult. Its recessed deeper than any monitor Ive ever seen. It appears this is purely for aesthetic reasons to make the stock stand integrate into the weird super deep ribbed design of the back of the monitor. The mounts I have are made by Humanscale with a quick release plate which wont work with this deep mounting design. I had to attach the whole arm with the plate attached, then fit it to the post/clamp assembly. Mind you this is a big heavy monitor, so its quite difficult to do. If the arms of my monitor didnt separate from the desk clamp easily, this would have been a two-person job. Another star was lost with the menu and controls. The multiple buttons and joy stick thingy on the back right edge just plain suck. While you can assign functions to the individual buttons, I could never seem to hit the right one for it to be useful at all. Its just a bunch of buttons on the back of the monitor that I cant see. One or two buttons and a joystick might work, but any more than three is madness. I would nearly always hit the wrong button causing it to switch to an input other than what I wanted or on which there was no signal- which means you have to wait for it to register this before you can correct your mistake, which is just exasperating. Also the the edge location of the controls means that if you have a multi monitor setup, you cant get to the controls that abut another monitor on that edge without swiveling one of the monitors- and note that the supplied stand doesnt swivel. Many LG monitors have a single joy stick control on the bottom center of the monitor which is way more useful for multi-monitor setup. The remaining stars were lost due was an annoying issue with the supplied HDMI cable (: It kept blanking periodically for 5-10 seconds. I tried several quality certified cables and still experienced the issue- with both an HP Elitebook and a Lenovo T470 (both in docking stations). I also had issues with the Display Port too: Coming out of hibernate, I had to power cycle the monitor and mess with Display Properties in Windows 10 to get it to work - EVERY time. The final straw which caused me to pack it up and return it was a 3/8 streak of bad / burned pixels in the center of the screen. I ended up sending it back and bought a pair of 35 LG 35WN65C-Bs, which Im much happier with. Theyre also VA panels, but the colors seem a little less muted, and the off-axis presentation is a little more even. The mounting point is much shallower and works with my mounts, the picture is warmer, and the inputs are much easier to access; For the life of me, I dont understand why monitor manufacturers think its good product design to hide the inputs upside-down where theyre completely invisible with the monitor in normal upright orientation, and only providing tiny embossed black on black labels which you simply cannot read without a bright flashlight. The LGs are straight in on the back, about half way up, where you can see the orientation and location of the port (even if the labels are still nearly invisible). The external DC power brick also means a lighter monitor on the arm and easier, cleaner cable routing from the monitor to the back of the desk.

Unfortunately, this monitor suffers from flicker when using variable refresh rate (VRR/FreeSync/G-Sync compatible), which I now know happens with pretty much all VA-type displays, so I had to return it. However, this is still a pretty good monitor. The colors are really nice, and while some VA smearing is noticeable its among the lowest Ive seen with a VA panel. So, there are still cases in which Id recommend it. If you want a curved monitor and dont use VRR, or run games at 100+FPS well above the minimum VRR range, this is pretty decent. If you do need VRR and are running some games are around 60 FPS, which may trigger the flicker, Id recommend getting a flat IPS instead. A side note, the flicker may be less present with AMD GPUs, due to the difference in how low framerate compensation (LFC) works on them.

bought this as my gaming laptop had spoiled me with 144hz quality and i have to say i have no been disappointed as the screen is super clear and snappy in games that support that refresh rate. the stand is super strong and even survived my folding table of a desk collapsing with no cracks to the screen works well and built well.

So far this monitor has meet all my expectations. Right out of the box it hooked up to my gaming PC and went to town. Didnt have to make hardly any adjustments although its easy enough to check the on screen menu and move around with the little toggle button on the back of the monitor. Im running at 144Mhz with G-Sync enabled through another Dell monitor that wasnt supposed to support G-Sync, but it does for a fact. I dont use the speakers on the monitor although I think it does have some. The up and down adjustments are pretty easy and putting in cables at the back bottom was pretty easy. Just remember this is a large, wide monitor so youll need help laying it down to plug it in. Also, depending on what youre coming from, youre going to need new wallpaper for this huge screen. I would definitely buy it again!

I use it for work and not gaming so I cannot comment on gaming. I have had the monitor for several months and no issues besides not being able to find the power button at first! Very good picture and would reccomend!
