Im a previous owner of the Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 3 Wireless Bluetooth Speaker but ended up giving it to my son as he had it with him most of the time. When my wife asked what I wanted for Fathers Day there was no hesitation that I wanted another Harman Kardon Onyx Studio Wireless Bluetooth Speaker. This time I got the upgraded version (4). In my opinion they are the best mobile speakers out there on the market.

I like this speaker very much! It gives a high quality sound in a decent size package. Not the smallest speaker in the world so you need space to travel with it, but the sound is definitely better than smaller more portable speakers. You won’t be disappointed!

I got this for my birthday recently after shopping for it myself and telling my wife I wanted it. The sound is good but less high fidelity than I was expecting based on reading a number of the 5 star Amazon reviews. The bass is good for a speaker its size but the midrange and highs dont blow me away. I think the mids and highs from my daughters JBL Charge 3 are better while the Charge and Onyx are similarly priced. This seems about on par in the mids and highs with my Amazon Alexa first generation though the bass on the Onyx is clearly better. The Onyx arent terrible by any means but just not what I was expecting. It connects easily to my Android phones Bluetooth and the battery lasts so far for the advertised 8 hours. Ive answered a couple phone calls through it without a problem as well.

Overall, Im very satisfied with my purchase. Bluetooth connectivity is excellent. Sound quality is fantastic. Also has a aux port if you dont want to/ cant connect via Bluetooth. Plus, if youre having a party you can link up with another Harman Kardon speaker for better, louder sound.

I love this speaker, I love the sound quality and the bass is amazing also, pretty good material quality so far my favorite speaker I’ve ever owned. The only thing I don’t like about is that it has a short battery life which I don’t mind because it sounds better when you have it plugged in while it’s playing music.

Sound is Superb! Am kinda of audiophile/basic not very deep with expensive thousands $ gadgets but particular with how device and instruments could sounds more efficient and melodies as I enjoy more of it (correct balance of all sounds high/mid/low and how they compliment all together ) than the the lyrics :) as I want to feel every songs new n differently with right driver even which I have already heard I have owned almost all top model of all brands pertaining to portable BTs including BOSE revolve and Touch 30. This one is really awesome and my fav right now. Base is not over punchy but fill the surrounds like thumping of Big Drums. Mid is very little bit dim but you can correct it using Equalizer from source. Am happy and Proud.

Really like the sound quality of the speakers. I bought two to have at either end of my porch. The pairing seems to be inconsistent between the phone and 2 speakers, seems like I have to set it up each time I use them, but sound quality is good and volume sufficiently loud. You can only have these about 27 feet apart. The phone, and 2 speakers all have to be within about 27 feet of each other or it does not work. My porch is 53 feet and I planned to put them on each end, but it didnt work like that so I had to move them in. Overall satisfied, really good sound quality, just wish the pairing was automatic each time you turned them on. The bluetooth pairing seems to stay, but you have the go press the cast button on each unit. There is a delay sometimes, then it comes on. If you are just getting 1, I would give it 5 stars.

This is a great speaker! The connectivity is very quick and easy and it looks and sounds great. There is a slight difference in the sound volume when it is plugged in vs. not plugged in but it isnt a show stopper. I use it primarily indoors and it pretty much nullifies the need for my stereo! A bit pricey but still highly recommended!!!

Awesome sound, plan on buying another for a gift.
