Sound is great. Have some connecting issues at times. If I turn all the way up it start to sound like a cheap speaker

The sound is incredible compared to less expensive Bose I previously purchased. Perfect for my great room, where it will always reside. I dont have a need to take it outside. I am leaving it plugged in to wall socket. Looks nice in a corner of my kitchen counter, sitting on top of my small radio - which is elevated. This corner is far enough removed from sink and splashes but elevated just in case:) It appears I ordered just in time, too, as price has increased by $30! I am pleased.

What a good speaker! For the price $145 dollars, it is a great deal. I use to buy Bose speakers but I decided to give Harman a chance. I have tried other HK speakers and amplifiers and I know this is a good company with good quality products. My personal opinion, this is a great deal and your best option. Before buy the HK, I got a Amazon Echo plus and the sound quality was really disappointing. So, I had two options: bose revolve or HK Onyx 4. I considered JBL Pulse, MegaBoom, and others but comparing price and functionality I found that HK is the best option. Some people complaint because it is too big and maybe for them it is not portable, but Im not looking for a speaker to go out, I was looking for the best sound at the best price. Additionally, I got portability. This new model has a 8 hour battery, the size is not too big but it is not small like a sonos or other speakers. I found that this model has a multi speaker option, so you can connect up to 4 speakers at the same time. In conclusion, this is a very very good bluetooth speaker, with a good battery (8 hours, enough for a party), quick connect option and multi speaker option. Very complete device!

I love the sound of this speaker. On some of my music library, I sometimes wish it was just a little louder, but I think that is an issue with my phone and not the device (my phone plays music only to a certain level on most headphones and speakers). The battery has not gone out on me in the middle of listening, and I have used it for five or six hours at a time. It has had no problems connecting with bluetooth (which is impressive, because again my phone does not do the best connecting to other devices). Overall, VERY happy with the product and have had no problems with it yet.

This speaker packs huge bass and is great for on the go. There are a lot of immitations out there on Amazon and other places but when you compare the specs, some have to be plugged in to work and other just have smaller less powerful speakers. I thought about cutting some corners and saving some money but for how I use my speaker, this Harmon Kardon speaker is the BEST value. Battery life is good (about 4hrs on the highest volume). It paires quick and easy like pair of headphones. I got at least 30ft away with no signs of Bluetooth connection degradation.

Yes it is expensive. But sound quality is amazing for a Bluetooth. I would not pay $400 for this. But I would consider it in the 190 to 250 range. I believe when I got it it was around $200.
