They dont warm up much at all. When I place my hand on them, there is barely enough heat to notice. I realize they arent meant to be hot but they arent even warm. We purchased 2 and theyre both that way. Disappointed.

Worked perfect while I was hand feeding some baby birds. I covered it with a towel and they liked to snuggle up on it. Very nice design and easy to install and clean. Would highly recommend it. It is not too hot and wont hurt the bird.

My cockatiel loves this, at night he sits right up next to it. Its a great product.

It’s perfect! Not too cold, not too hot. It’s enough for my conure to snuggle against after baths or to sleep.

Wasnt sure if my GCC would use this. It just looked scary to her/him. I placed it by the area where my GCC normally sleeps, after placing it around him/her on tables, in the cage, etc. I later plugged it in. At first s/he wasnt close enough to feel the warmth but s/he is there now. Its warm enough but not too warm. My GCC definitely likes it now.

My cockatiel loves this. It took her a couple days to try it and now she sits by it each evening when it gets a bit chilly. I’m definitely happy that I got it for her.
