> 3 dayIm not a handyman or professional electrician and use this tool for quick home repairs. I just like how this tool looks like, how it works and the feeling of safety this tool gives.

> 3 dayBest little inductive tester I’ve used. The flash light is a welcome addition.

> 3 dayIts the best tick tracer Ive ever owned. Not only does it do line voltage, but low voltage as well. The flashlight is wonderful because I have two tools in one and dont have to carry a separate flashlight.

> 3 dayI received this tester within the kit together with the clamp meter. It looks great and fills like a reliable product. However, I do not understand construction logic regarding detection of neutral wire. Practically, it sometimes shows red signal on neutral, sometimes not. Even if I repeat the test on the same outlet. I think this is a problem of sensitivity and construction. In one logic, it must show red on every live outlet, regardless which wire I touch. On other logic, It may have distinct the neutral and hot. In both cases, I do not expect the deviations. Otherwise, the product is not safe.

> 3 dayAs the headline says, this redesign of the original NCVT-3 which provides a range indicator of AC voltage to me is better than an idiot light that doesnt beep at all if AC voltage less than 12V. The NCVT-3 will indicate voltage without a beep for such a low amount while this model has no indication of any kind.

Greater than one weekWay too sensitive, the thing beeps at every wire even when my breaker is off, rendering this thing completely useless. Multitool reads theres 0.2V of power running on those wires.
