> 24 hourPro: This rope is tough and wrapped in soft stuff so there is no scratching or scuffing. People wont waste any time attacking it with clippers or saws or tugging or any smash and grab tactic. Con: It is heavy, but not too heavy. It is short (15 feet), but not so short you cant wind it around your stuff two or three time so everyone gets the idea, Dont get so busy that you cant run for it! If you know the difference between discretion and valor, grab a hank!

> 24 hourNice length of sturdy cable for locking items in my covered truck bed. Used this on a cross country trip to secure my 2 generators and spare propane tank in my truck bed. The bed is covered with an aluminum bed cover, so my gear is out of sight. Anyone who wanted to steal my stuff could mangle the bed cover and cut the cable, but thieves tend to not steal what they dont see. And you wouldnt rip open the cover and cut the cable without me and the dog knowing it.

> 24 hourNo cable is going to save your bike from theft but this one is as good as any other Ive used in the past. Its a fairly heavy gauge cable so it might give a criminal shopping for a bike second thoughts about getting through it before being noticed. Because the cable is thick it is a bit inflexible but thats the tradeoff.

> 24 hourUnfortunately we live in a world where some people can not act like adults, and are a pest to society. Its thanks to them that measures of security need to be taken. Through this cable is very nice and strong, it is not 100% fool proof! Its good enough to shy away most people from stealing a bike; however this cable could be cut with big pliers/cutters (though most people wont be carrying them with themselves). Good for securing bikes, or scooters.

> 24 hourIt appears to be well made. The plastic covering on the crimp collars and cable are thick enough to reduce the possibility of scratching things you might string it thru. The length is right for many uses, if its to long just go around the items again to shorten it up. I guess until someone tries to steal what its protecting I cant say its good or bad in the sense of security. Ive not seen any attempt to breach the cable or lock. There again the visual aspect is probably enough to keep my possessions where I left them. Nice product and priced well via Amazon

> 24 hourGreat cable -- very happy with it. Used it to secure some Christmas decorations in the front yard. Works great with a standard exterior lock.

> 24 hourThis is a hardcore lock loop. There was no way anybody was getting through this cable. Make sure you invest in a lock as sturdy as the cable!

> 24 hourBought this to help lock up my snow blower/thrower. I have an open car port right now and I wanted something to help deture people from stealing. I think this was the best option for right now and think it works great. I have a similar cable from another brand that I use on my motorcycle and this one works as equally as well. Amazon had the best price and was quick to ship!!!
