> 24 hourSuper easy to setup and use! You don’t even need their app, just use Home app to setup. I am using to turn my AC on/off when away from home. Pro tip make sure you don’t turn off AC manually anymore so that you can control from device. Favorite part is using Siri to turn devices on and off. Love it.

> 24 hourThe “Smart Plug Mini” works great with Apple HomeKit. But if it is setup without using the Meross app, firmware updates aren’t possible. The updates are needed for automations in the Home app. The “plug” setup goes back & forth between the Apple Home & Meross apps, but it is necessary. During setup use the Meross app first. You will be instructed to use your iPhone, etc to add the “plug” to your home WiFi. You will then have to use your iPhone, etc camera to scan a symbol on the “plug” so that it can be added to the Home app. If the scan doesn’t work, numbers included in the symbol can be manually entered into your iPhone, etc. When the plug has been setup in the Home app, you will have to return to the Meross app to finish adding the “plug” there. Press the + symbol at the top of the Meross screen, then select “add device”. When a check mark appears next to “add device”, return to the Meross home screen. SWIPE DOWN on the screen for the newly added “plug” to appear. Then go to the Meross system screen to select “firmware update”. I’ve successfully setup 8 “smart plugs” so far using this sequence. The process only took a few minutes for each. With only one “plug” there was a glitch with my phone reading the UPC symbol on the “plug”. It couldn’t initially be added to the Home app, but was added to the Meross app. I deleted the “plug” from the Meross app, closed the Home & Meross apps, then tried the process again. It worked the second time. The “plugs” work perfectly with the Home app and the automations are perfect. I’m using an AppleTV-4K for my home hub. Looking forward to trying other Meross products!

> 24 hourIve tried a ton of different HomeKit plugs for automating different things throughout the house and these have been the most reliable Ive found, and theyre also the least expensive. Quick and easy to setup and sync, Meross is actually intelligent enough to put the HomeKit code in a location where it can actually be scanned while plugged in for setup. Im shocked how many companies try to hide the code and end up putting it so its not visible for setup. Save some money, get these, skip the more expensive stuff. The only more reliable IoT products Ive found are Philips Hue bulbs, but theyre super pricey and the product line is pretty much all lighting.

> 24 hourBuggy. Requires registering with your email address to use app or update firmware. Switches power on and off multiple times during setup. Loses automations when updating the firmware. Doesn’t see HomeKit devices without adding to the app multiple times. Loses connection to WiFi when router reboots. Lacks power usage meter feature common on competing HomeKit power plugs.

> 24 hourI am using these with Meross app for schedules as well as home kit with scenes. They were easy to setup and have worked as expected so far.

> 24 hourThese were very easy to install, but you must reset them after you plug them in as per my experience. Just download the meross app, setup the devices and in my case add them to smartthing by going into the manual add section and choose proper device and link to meross account. You can program timer and control the smart plug through meross app or smartthings. That simple.

> 24 hourI scanned in the code on the top of the plug, waited for the WiFi connection, named the plug on my HomeKit App, and now I am using Siri to turn on and off my lamp...I love it!

> 24 hourAlready had the Meross app for the garage door opener, so why not get the smart plug too? Just as easy to set up, no issues with Homekit or wifi. The fit is spot on - you can get two into a standard double outlet and they are no wider than the outlet faceplate - see photo. Great prices on the multi-packs too.

> 24 hourWhen I set these plugs up in October, they worked as advertised. I could not only use Alexa, but Apple Home Kit. Then came a firmware upgrade and a router change. I tried everything suggested on the web to get any of the three plugs to work with Home Kit or Amazon alone. Could not install them in the Meross app. I had another Merosss plug, (non-Home Kit) and it worked fine. I sent in a support ticket, but no response. Spent the better part of two days and a variety of install options but no luck. Back to Amazon they went.
