Works well with Apple Home. No so good with its own app - all the switches have the same name and the app does not allow changing them. Go fish to figure out which is which. This is even worse with the in-wall switches.

I purchased these for my older apartment with limited light switches. Pros: They are fairly cheap, they are easy to setup and install, they instantly work with Apple Home Cons: They are almost always updating in Apple Home which causes me to have to wait before I can turn them on You might be thinking thats a lot more pros than cons, I can deal with that, sure go for it but its seriously annoying, luckily they have a button where you can turn on the light if it freezes in Apple Home but at that point why even buy them? They also have a separate app I could try to make connectivity more reliable but if I wanted to use a third party app (not Apple Home) than I probably would have done a different outlet plug. All in all these arent bad and I use them daily I just have to wait a decent amount for them to catch up with Apple Home, theyre just annoying sometimes and I wanted to let yall know.

I bought these because my kids broke their tv remote and they left it on for the whole night....well I installed one of them and created an automation with Apple Homekit (very easy to pair) and problem solved. It works marvelous. It is located about 18 feet from the router in a full concrete house. I reponds immediately . To sum up they work well. Looking forwar to use another one on the christmas tree lol....

These work great and I have purchased 9 of them now. I use them with Apple HomeKit, and control all of my ambient lighting in the house via “scene” in the Home app. One tip when setting these up: Start the setup in the Meross app and not in the Home app like the instructions imply. If you start in the Meross app, it will ask if you want to setup in HomeKit, then it will launch the Home app and you can scan the QR code. I also bought the garage door opener from this same company and it works great! Excellent support from them as well. I would recommend these for anyone using Apple HomeKit.

Works every time and was a snap to install. The only thing I regret is I don’t have more plugs and more stuff to plug into them.

A pretty decent plug overall. It works fine when it works I had trouble setting up one of the plugs. It wouldn’t connect to homkekit. But the other two worked fine. I gave up on the weird one after a while since I only really needed to use two at the time. The size is more bulky but Not as long as the wemo ones. The price is great. I also like how the homekit sticker is on the outside.

I was very skeptical about these smart plugs, but the 3 pack was on sale for such a good price that I had to try. I’m so glad I did! The plugs were super easy to setup (less than 2 minutes each). I immediately checked out the other products that Meross makes and I’ve already ordered 5 switches and will continue to purchase more switches as I convert the rooms in my house. Most things that seem to good to be true are, but this is a great exception to that rule! Take a chance - you won’t be disappointed!

Wow. I was fairly skeptical of these since the price was so reasonable—but they set up easily on the first try, integrated easily with Apple HomeKit, their app is clean and easy to use...I literally don’t have a single complaint. I’ve used 3 different major brands of wifi switches, and none of them are superior to these in any way. I will happily order this brand of devices again, and would have no problem recommending them 100%!

For how cheap they were, I expected some gotcha. But there hasnt been any! They work great and stay connected all the time. Much more reliable than the iDevices outlets Id had before.

These smart plugs are kind of a pain to get set up in HomeKit and the Meross App (needed if you want to integrate Alexa, too) and it felt like I had to reset and scan over and over to get them to finally pop up but once you get them configured, it really is just set it and forget it!! I have mind configured for HomeKit with Siri, so I can yell at my phone from across the room, as well as Alexa so I can speak into my FireTV Stick remote and turn these switches on and off. I also have automations set up with Alexa to turn these on and off at certain times, and it has been working for months without fail. Ive only had one bad incident with a plug and that was during a small storm. The power in my home went out for less than 10 seconds, and one of the Meross Smart Plugs died and will not turn back on. I contacted Meross and they sent me a replacement plug instantly. Great customer service!!
