> 3 dayThey work with HomeKit, I don’t use Alexa, no such thing as privacy there. I also don’t use the Meross app, no privacy there either, don’t need it anyway. It would be nice if these used Bluetooth instead of taking up bandwidth, since people use so many. Eve is nice using Bluetooth.

> 3 dayI received two plugs. Each plug as two outlets so I can connect two different items that are close together such as lamps, etc. I like it for fish tanks because We have two small fish tanks close to each other. So when I received the plugs, one of them was defective. I was able to reach out directly to Meross and show them a short video with the plug being defective and within a or so I was able to receive a new plug and it works great. I didnt even have to return the defective one. Because of their great customer service. I want to give them 5-stars. I also love that I have Alexa and Apple Homekit so I am able to turn off the plugs with either system. And I like that I can turn on or off both fish tanks or both fish tanks. And with either Alexa or Apple Homekit, you can setup the plugs to automatically turn themselves on and off at a specific time. I love having Smart Plugs! Definitely makes life easier! And thank you Meross for fixing the defective plug so easily!

> 3 dayPlease Wi-Fi plugs never worked properly. I have no idea how many emails I have back-and-forth with Merross but after a year and a half of doing what they’ve asked of me, their product doesn’t work any better. I’m in a wheelchair and handicap and this has been a huge frustration since I rely upon these. Obviously I can’t rely upon these, so I’m going to a different product.

> 3 dayThis purchase was my very first Smarthome purchase. I needed something that worked with Apples Siri & Homekit for automation of my lighting. Once I set these up (one controls both lamps in the living room, the other my two lamps in the entry) they have worked flawlessly. I have set my lights to come on every day at 5:30pm and, when they do, I still get a kick out of it every time. I can also control each light separately using Siri and Homekit. Shortly after I bought these, I realized that I could also do the same thing using Smartbulbs but Ive left these in place for now. Eventually, Ill move these to control anything I need to that isnt a bulb but that Id want to control the on/off periods for. I love these though. I love them especially for controlling lamps in pairs really easily and quickly. Im surprised and impressed that I have had ZERO issues. They have never once not performed or had any connection issues. Pretty impressive given that they cater to multiple platforms that typically dont play well together. Apple users dont have near enough choices, let alone good solid ones that work. I highly recommend.

> 3 dayIf you know anything about home automation, you know how things work or rather how they are supposed to work. I have Apple devices and Android devices neither haven’t had any issues with this entire company’s product line. They’ve not dropped their connectivity nor have they hiccuped in any way. I use HomeKit SmartThings and Zigbee in my home predominantly without a bridge. Still zero issues. I will continue to recommend them until something changes
