> 3 dayThese plugs work well with HomeKit, Alexa, and the Google assistant. I especially liked how they can be set up direction HomeKit and avoid downloading yet another smart home app. My complaint has been that they randomly switch on and off quickly without any intervention after a few months of use. I recently saw that one seemed to have sparked and left burn marks on the top of the plug. Warranty support through Meross has been difficult to work with. Awaiting a response now.

> 3 dayWow! Simple to setup and use. The best HomeKit device I have ever purchased. Cannot praise enough. Have Wemo and Koogeek products, but they don’t hold a candle to the Meross. From now on I’m purchasing Meross for my home.

03-04-2025I bought this product containing 2 plugs and it was not easy to set up. The first plug was set up using the Meross app. Then I was able to connect the Smart Things app. This worked for a while. Then both apps were unable to connect to the plug. Interesting, I was able to turn the plug on and off but unable to program it. I contacted support and they said to use Apple Home to install the plugs. I do not recommend buying this plug.

> 3 dayHave many meross single plugs. I liked the fact that this has 2 outlets for one plug. The directions for setup we’re confusing. If you have a iPhone you have to set it up as an Apple home device, and it seems to also set it on the meross app. Any name changes must be done in Apple home app. If you do a name change Alexa doesn’t always update the name, easy fix is delete it from Alexa then have it search for new devices. My problem is that Alexa and meross app doesn’t always respond to commands for the device. Alexa says it did but for example the plug does not turn on or off. I also see in both that it says something is wrong with the device or it’s offline and that is not the case.

> 3 daySo, just like all products there’s good and bad. The bad, doesn’t want to set up with a dual band router unless you disable the 5gig first. Sometimes that works; other times it doesn’t. It is a bit large and as others have said, you’re not going to use two of these on the same duplex receptacle. The good, the app—save a small quirk—works great. On iPhone, so no Android experience, it can be set up as a widget. Have it integrated into Alexa and can control with voice. Don’t care for Apple Home, most of the time my devices fail to communicate with Home. If you must use Home, I’d suggest looking elsewhere; not sure who is at fault for this problem. Now for that quirk i mentioned…a NEMA 5-15R receptacle can be installed with the ground up or down. The app controls the device as if it is ground up. This means if your outlets are ground down that the app will control your physical right outlet with the left control on the app. Now the app allows you to name individual outlets on the multi-outlet devices so it’s not a major issue, but be aware.

> 3 daySuper simple. Works great. WiFi connection is outstanding. No HomePod or Alexa setup needed to run with HomeKit. Only complaint is that I can’t buy them by the case

Greater than one weekCada vez que hay interrupciones de electricidad, cuando se vuelve, el enchufe NO se re conecta al wifi. Hay que estar reiniciándolo, eso es muy molesto. Tengo de otra marca que no sucede eso.
