Apart from no battery it is a good bit of kit

First off, this device is way more fun when using it to call someone who is also using a portal. This is my first time using the Facebook portal. We actually tried to set it up to work as a video device to call my wifes elderly grandmother. That backfired since this device is not so easy to use at her age in her high 90s. This is better used for any other age group. Set up was easy-ish and once set it does generally work perfectly. There are multiple users so sometimes I was in the wrong user.

I could not return it. I am not on Facebook.Sad this could not be returned.

Dilevered old and used device.

I bought it on a deal..I always hesitated to buy these kinds of table display frames with digits features.I always thought it wont be of much use..but now after using it, its so useful for Alarm, light music, and watching videos sometimes in the kitchen or bedroom, & Video calls...Speaker quality is also good to listen to music and watching videos. Its Speaker can also be used as an external speaker by connecting to a TV or other devices over a Bluetooth connection. ..The only drawback is screen resolution should have been full HD.

Love it for Zoom/Whatsapp video calls on TV, alexa for home automation and crisp sound/camera.

I bought this for myself as a Christmas present in order to be able to communicate with my kids and grandkids. I was able to use it a handful of times. After some traveling and a new phone I am now unable to use the device. I have tried to communicate with Facebook portal support with no positive results. I cannot have it serviced because everythings closed so what I would like to do is just exchange it for the same device as soon as possible.

product stopped working after 2 days. It seems to be on but the screen is just black.

When I ordered it said brand new when I got the delivery and opened box there were already 3 profiles in portal with passcodes. Don’t buy it
