Doesn’t let you move forward with device name, all troubleshooting totally worthless. Wanted a photo frame, price was good. Now I get to find an off brand frame. Thanks zuck, it’s trash.

That even when you pay for a warranty and something doesn’t work on it or maybe like mine the remote stopped working there’s no way to repair it have a hard time trying to get them to understand and help you with it I bought five and so it took me a hard time to get a replacement but I want it all I got it I’m happy that’s a great thing to help especially during these times when you want to keep it with your family and your friend I have friends all of the United States and so I love it OK thank you

It was so easy to set up. I bought one for each of my children who live away and its been great! So many uses.

Battery loses charge over night. Charging station is lousy.

I was pleasantly surprised on the features. You can access your ring doorbell, amazon music, video calls are very clear on WhatsApp and Facebook. Also the price was very good.

The Facebook Portal is one of those devices youll either love or just have no use for at all. I was first introduced to it two years ago when I ordered the first Facebook Portal Plus. I have it set up in my kitchen/living room area have found there are ways to actually watch TV on this, other than just the handful of apps. Theres an integrated web browser that does support video. So you can go to and log into any site where you watch shows (i.e. YouTube), and watch them from the web browser. I love this for playing music all day in the house when Im working. I can watch cooking shows while Im making meals, etc. Plus theres the Alexa built in, so when my packages are dropped off I get a chime notification on my Portal and itll even give me a little preview of what arrived. And then of course theres the feature of being able to video call people.

These are the perfect gift to get for the whole family!
