Wow! This is the real deal! The camera is very good and smart! Everything is intuitive. My daughter asks me to read her bedtime stories! I can’t be more happy with this product!

I think I would love it if it worked I do not have a secure wifi so it wont hook up. Also if it has batteries Id like to know where they are.

Boy am I disappointed in this Echo. First off, no stand for the Horizontal Portal. Really bad design on that one. Second, the screen resolution is not up to snuff. Maybe I got a bad one, but there is a lot of dead pixels along the edge of the screen. Not real happy! Im thinking of returning it placing my other Echo back.

This was easy to set up and I found the sound quality to be excellent, though the volume controls were kind of uncomfortable to reach, being situated on the back bottom right side. The 14 HD screen was comfortable to look at, the picture quality was decent, and I liked that the camera had a privacy cover for when not in use. The touch screen worked as expected and was responsive. The web browser has worked with no issues. Ive been using it as a general tablet, rather than specifically for Facebook video calling, and have been satisfied with it so far.

Happy with this but my remote is faulty, the button to push left does not work. Is it possible to get a replacement please.
