> 3 dayGreat concept with 2 controllable outlets, but absolutely terrible device. I have no idea how this has anything above a 2 star rating. I purchased 2 of these devices. Each one was placed within 30 feet of a z wave 700 series (extended range) device and only 2 hops from my hub (also 700 series). I have a strong a wave network. They worked fine for a couple of days, but then started failing about daily. I didnt have them on a demanding schedule either--just on and off once per day. I replaced them with a different (but single outlet) device and it worked well. These are garbage--stay away and dont be fooled by these skewed reviews.

> 3 dayI bought this as I was looking for a solution for outdoor lighting in my garden. I decided to use this product with an outdoor power strip to power a group of LED lights. I connected this with my SmartThings hub without incident, and it has remained on the network reliably ever since. Control through both SmartThings and Alexa (by way of SmartThings) is flawless. It hasnt been through the worst rain Seattle has to offer yet, but so far so good. I bought the Z-wave solution because the range should be superior to WiFi. I havent tested this beyond 10 or so meters yet, but so far, so good.

> 3 dayThis is what I was looking for to be able to control two outside devices from one device. It works perfectly with my Hubitat Hub.

> 3 dayI bought this to control outside lights on our Vivant Home System. We spent well over an hour trying to get it to connect but it would not. It does have an off and on switch so that is how we use it. It is well constructed and works fine using the switch. The only reason I can not give it 5 stars is it doesnt work with our system.

> 3 dayWhen I use Alexa only one plug will come on or shut off. Not both at the same time. I will have to go in manually and turn on or off one of the outlets.

Greater than one weekWorks as advertised. No signal issues. Timers function fine. If I need another like it, Ill buy a second one of these without hesitation.

Greater than one weekI purchased this item because I needed the 2 channels. I wanted to be able to control the lights differently from the water flow in the foundation. I had a difficult time initially getting SmartThings to recognize the 2 channels, so I reached out to their support. EVA LOGIK got back to me with a suggestion and a video to help get it connected, it did the trick and now I am using it as indented.

> 3 dayI have used this for 3 weeks now and I am impressed with how well our Samsung Smartthings works with it. I have one outlet coming on 30 minutes before sunset and the other outlet coming on at 15 minutes after sunset. I have about 400watts on each outlet and so far this has worked flawlessly.

> 3 dayI used a single channel EvaLogik plug and it worked fine, when I wanted to add a second lamp I purchased this 2 channel controller and it’s never worked properly. I can set it up with no issue but within 30 minutes it loses connection to the hub. Turning the switch on or off by using the button reconnects it to the z wave network for a while but the failure then recurs. I have tried excluding and re-adding the device multiple times and have done several z-wave network repairs but the device continued to fail. I exchanged it and the exact same situation occurred. I have several other z-wave devices, including some which act as repeaters, in the room right next to the outdoor location so I know that the z-wave network is strong enough to support the signal. Based on the behavior I am assuming that the power supply to the z-wave radio is erratic and fails to supply adequate current to the radio to maintain the connection. I am returning the second controller and will be replacing it with another brand.

> 3 day[UPDATED REVIEW] Although originally this worked great with Home Assistant and an Aeotec Z-Stick controller, after about six weeks problems developed. It randomly stops responding to Z-Wave commands, and the controller reports it as dead. You can still control whatevers plugged in by using the button on the unit, but having to go outside to switch things on and off kind of defeats the point. The Z-Wave functions die two or three times a week. When that occurs the only way to bring it back onto the Z-Wave network is to unplug it, wait a while, and then plug it in again. Then it works for a few days, until it randomly stops responding and I have to go outside to power cycle it again. (Nothing had changed in my Z-Wave network when these problems started, and all my other devices are working fine.) I emailed Eva Logik support, but still no response after two weeks. Will update if I hear back from them. [ORIGINAL REVIEW: was 5 stars] Im using Z-Wave dual outdoor outlet with Home Assistant and an Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5 Z-Wave controller. And so far, it does exactly what it claims, and does it well. Both outlets can be controlled independently, and their status shows up accurately in my HA dashboards. Pairing was easy: the outlet automatically enters add mode the first time you plug it in, so just be sure to click add node in the HA Z-Wave panel before you plug it in. (Theres a big yellow sticker on the packaging alerting you to this.) The outlet shows up as three devices, all Unknown: type=c000, id=c007 by Inovelli. The second and third devices control the left and right outlets, respectively. The first device also seems to control just the left outlet, at least by default. (There are configurable device parameters for group associations, but I havent experimented with that. The instruction sheet also lists some other available parameters: LED indicator behavior, auto turn-on and turn off timers, and state after power outage--see photos.) Range seems great for my purposes. I have it outdoors, about 50ft and some windows away from the nearest (indoor) Z-Wave node, and its been completely reliable so far. (Unlike the Bolun Wi-Fi outdoor smart plug it replaced.) Ive deliberately kept my network to only Z-Wave Plus devices; if you have some older non-Plus devices mixed in, that might affect your range. Cant comment on weather resistance yet, but Ill update this review if I run into any problems.
