> 3 dayI do NOT recommend this product. Yes, it has a cool simplistic nature and allows you to control 2 devices separately. But is also doubles as a bridge extender itself which is not compatible with a number of systems. It only wants to communicate with the base station of your network, not the whole mesh. By doing so, it was causing lock ups and delays in the networks. My devices werent reacting as they should have and could take minutes before they would execute commands. By the time I workes out this was the problem, it was already outside the return policy. If you dont understand how your ZWave network works, avoid this product.

> 3 day* UPDATE 12/6/2022 * My issue appears to be a lack of support with Alarm.com, and thus how it appears to Alexa. According to manufacturer, Alarm.com doesnt support dual-outlet devices. EVA Logik was very responsive when I reached out, so I am adding a star back to the rating. Product works as advertised, with one small but significant quirk. After adding to my Z-Wave hub (Qolsys iqPanel) the switch shows up as one device with two lights (device id.1 and device id.2). Unfortunately, when connected through Alarm.com and the Alexa skill only one device appears. I can’t differentiate between the first and second outlet and I can only control one outlet. I can still see both outlets on the Qolsys, but that’s of some limited utility if I want to use Alexa to make a routine (to turn on my outside Christmas lights, for example) that involves both outlets.

05-04-2025It wasnt difficult to set up but tends to go offline a lot. Every few days this device will go offline. Instructions says its good for a hundred feet and Im only 75 feet away. So Im not sure whats going on. I am using Total Connect hub.

> 3 dayI was initially happy with this Z-Wave outdoor appliance plug, however after just over one month of use I kept finding that my landscape lights that are controlled by this device would remain on 24 hours per day. Initially I could simply unplug the device and it would work again for a few days, however now the lights turn on and stay on 24 hours per day. Even the manual on/off button on the device no longer works. This company is based out of Hong Kong and there does not appear to be any reasonable way for a person located in the US to obtain any sort of warranty support. I am very disappointed with this product due to the lack of warranty coverage for a very new product so I will not be buying any more of their products. I am ordering a GE outdoor appliance module right now to replace it. This one is headed to a landfill somewhere.

04-04-2025Works well and reacts quickly to commands. Beware, if you are using an alarm system as your zwave controller— alarm-dot-com which is the backend for many alarm system companies, does not recognize multi node devices. On my 2gig this shows up as three different switches. The first two always act together and control the same outlet. The third switch controls the second outlet. The app only shows one switch, can’t control the second remotely. Product is good quality.

Greater than one weekI purchased this unit because I needed a right angle plug for the rain cover on my outdoor outlet. This unit looked like it had all the feature I wanted. When the product arrived I removed it from the box and found that the product did not match the photos. The product had a straight plug. I had to return the product.
