> 3 dayCompared to other smart devices, this one is a bit difficult to set up. Granted that it may be due to my cumbersome hub the Wink. I bought two of these and could never get the second one to connect. Returned it. The one I kept has worked without fail for about a month now, it was just difficult to connect.

> 3 dayThese are great on/off relays. One needs several units to form a mesh network to get good range. I have purchased several more now. They come also as a dual controlled outlet unit.

> 3 dayI have only just used this to control some outdoor Christmas lights, but so far so good. I really like the 2 outlet design, giving more specific control for 2 powered devices/plugs. We have had some sub-zero weather already, and the outlet continues to power on and off with my lighting schedule. The reliability has been spot on so far. Paired into Hubitat directly, using their native drivers with no problem. It does create 2 child devices off the single parent device. But each child is individually controllable.

> 3 day***** October 2020 (10 month update) ****** This product is still working great. I have not noticed it missing any commands or suffering any degradation. I have mine completely exposed to the elements, plugged into an outdoor outlet and mounted on a fence. It appears as new as the day it was installed. I continue to be more than satisfied given that this provides two outlets and ZWave at a great price. ****** February 2020 ***** My original review is below. The vendor (EvaLogik) did update the device handler for this product and it now works as expected. I am able to control the two outlets as separate items inside the SmartThings application. I appreciate that they provided quick and accurate responses to my questions and followed through with the promised update. I am using this to turn on a set of outdoor lights and an outdoor fountain on different schedules and when triggered from a motion detector. I wanted two outlets so I can turn the lights on after dark but turn the fountain on at all times of day. I am happy with the way this now working. I will update the review with additional info as the product ages. ****** Original Review ****** Im a SmartThings user and prefer to add Z-Wave devices to my network instead of the more common WiFi only devices. The EVA-LOGIK two outlet, outdoor plug looked like a great alternative to the GE Z-Wave single outlet device (https://www.amazon.com/GE-Weather-Resistant-Required-Works-SmartThings-14284/dp/B06W9NWFM3) that I also own. Unfortunately I cannot get more than one outlet to show up in SmartThings when I install the device. I have added and removed the device multiple times without luck. SmartThings does list two EVA LOGIK device handlers (one for Single Outlet and one for Dual Outlet) but installing either results in just a single outlet being controllable. I will say that packaging, build quality and installation were all great. I have no complaints about the product other than the fact that it doesnt do the one thing that makes it special. I am able to control a single outlet and the response time is fast. The range seems to be about average for Z-Wave which works for me. I did contact the seller and they responded that they will be able to solve this problem in the next couple weeks. I will update my review if they come through with a fix. For now I cannot recommend this product.

> 3 daySuper easy set up to SmartThings and Alexa app. It’s great to have two smart outlets as opposed to just 1 like other devices. Wonderful for outdoor holidays decorations! I’ve bought two and am thinking about buying more! I have 4 of these. They are great!

> 3 dayThis is the only plug on the market that has 2 outlets that are independently controllable. Inovelli used to sell these but they stopped, so Im glad to see it being sold again.

Greater than one weekIm on my second one of these Eva Logic 2 Channel Z-Wave Smart Plug...and unfortunately these are the dummest smart plugs out there. Neither of the two that I purchased can be added to my SmartThings hub. When trying to add them...either via their product name (which is an available option), or scanning nearby, they are not found by the SmartThings app. Ive tried it a million times...tried the factory reset (press the power button twice, then hold), rebooted the hub, rebooted my phone...no dice no matter what I try. I contacted Eva Logik support, and although they responded very quickly (which was great), their first reply was sending me a link to the video on how to pair the device (which was no no help, of course, since I had already tried every option available. They offered to replace the device, but figuring they wouldnt be as quick as Amazon, I just did a replacement order. As noted earlier, the replacement acted the same way as the original one...its basically a brick. Now its on to try to find a similar device from an alternate manufacturer...that will actually work. I would suggest that you dont waste your time on trying this...Im a week and a half in, and back to square one. Note: I have an extensive SmartHome device collection, running a large number of items in my house, so suffice to say, it isnt operator error.

> 3 dayI bought this to connect into my Wink automation to turn on outdoor Christmas lights in 2020. It works great but I had to do some digging on YouTube and other places to get it to integrate with my Wink hub. They should provide better documentation as when I scanned the barcode with the Wink app, it said the device was not supported. I wen through the manual process thanks to youtube videos and it connected. No issues after that but I had to move my Wink hub closer to it as the wireless signal would not reliably pass through the front brick on my house to activate it. Beyond that it works great now and I will be using it every year going forward. Easily integrated with Alexa.

> 3 dayWhen I use Alexa only one plug will come on or shut off. Not both at the same time. I will have to go in manually and turn on or off one of the outlets.

> 3 daySaw the reviews regarding problems controlling the independent z-wave channels. Everything paired up easily for me - issues encountered by others seem to be resolved.
