> 3 dayI purchased this zw97 specifically when the description detailed that both outlets can be controlled. I added my zw97 to the alarm.com. It was easy to add, but can only control one of the 2 outlets. Id appreciate feedback from the manufacturer.

> 3 dayIn CA, our electricity is really expensive between 4-9pm. So I installed this outlet to drop out my attic gable fan during those times to see if it makes any difference in my bill. The Alexa app found it easily, and I set up the off/on times. It works great.

> 3 dayI consider myself pretty good at smart home devices and have added dozens of device to Samsung Smartthings (SS) with no problems. But, for the life of me I could not get both of the outlets to show in SS. The second outlet was worthless when setting up my Christmas lights.

> 3 dayI had a lot of issues with the GE zwave outlets and ultimately had to return them. This one is cheaper and I get two configurable outlets. I see past reviewers had issues with that but the device handler seems to be updated and working now. The only con I can think of is that the button on the device only toggles one outlet out of the two Lets see how long the IP65 lasts outside.

> 3 dayI used this zwave switch to operate my outdoor Christmas lights this year, worked flawlessly. My switch sat on the porch out of the weather but cold temperatures didn’t seem to affect it. I’m not sure how well it would hold up out in the rain and snow. Connected to Smartthings quick and easy. I only wish, instead of having one plug switched and one plug on all the time, they were both switched independently. Overall I’m happy with it.

> 3 dayGreat concept with 2 controllable outlets, but absolutely terrible device. I have no idea how this has anything above a 2 star rating. I purchased 2 of these devices. Each one was placed within 30 feet of a z wave 700 series (extended range) device and only 2 hops from my hub (also 700 series). I have a strong a wave network. They worked fine for a couple of days, but then started failing about daily. I didnt have them on a demanding schedule either--just on and off once per day. I replaced them with a different (but single outlet) device and it worked well. These are garbage--stay away and dont be fooled by these skewed reviews.

> 3 dayI was initially happy with this Z-Wave outdoor appliance plug, however after just over one month of use I kept finding that my landscape lights that are controlled by this device would remain on 24 hours per day. Initially I could simply unplug the device and it would work again for a few days, however now the lights turn on and stay on 24 hours per day. Even the manual on/off button on the device no longer works. This company is based out of Hong Kong and there does not appear to be any reasonable way for a person located in the US to obtain any sort of warranty support. I am very disappointed with this product due to the lack of warranty coverage for a very new product so I will not be buying any more of their products. I am ordering a GE outdoor appliance module right now to replace it. This one is headed to a landfill somewhere.

Greater than one weekI bought this to automate my outside Halloween display. SmartThings detected it right away and I was able to incorporate it into my Z-Wave network with no additional software or handlers. It works great.

Greater than one weekI’ve got a healthy Z-Wave network in my house but I just couldn’t get this outlet to pair properly. I tried at its final location, next to the z-wave controller and near another Z-Wave switch with no luck. Ultimately I returned it and picked up the ZEN14 from Zooz which worked great.
