No matter how many YouTube videos I watched I could not get the HUB to connect to the app. Had to return.

I enjoy this product. They were relatively easy to set up. I just wish the pricing was better per bulb.

I like the adjustability and brightness of these lights. I dont think they are a good value, even with the big discount of the sale price. The color brightness is certainly better than Feit. But Feit bulbs can be had in a two pack for half of the cost of a single Hue bulb. They dont require a hub, they have Google and Alexa integration. And while they arent as bright with the colors, they do include some interesting color cycling similar to what you would see on RGB for a PC. Hue may have that functionality somewhere, but I have yet to find it. I dont know how useful that is, its not something Im particularly interested in, but it may be to some. I may buy one more Hue product (a strip light) for my office but anywhere else I want smart bulbs Ill be looking to Feit. They stand behind their product, and the one time I had a failure, they didnt question me or make it a hassle. I had two new bulbs in a couple of days.

Got this for my dad’s birthday - he loved it! Will definitely be ordering more philips hue products in the future. Perfect for christmas or birthdays!

I had the old version working fine, suddenly stop connecting to the hue account, but still controlling lights in local network... I wrote to Phillips and they told me because it was old I need to buy another...so I did it....but 6 months later and tons of emails! still not working and Phillips never answers with solutions. only call center protocol like send me your serial number and proof of purchase... and them nothing!!!

I dont know. It worked fine for a month and then the bridge is simply not connecting. I have tried multiple things.!! Nothing works. Gonna call the customer service.

I bought the 3 lights and kit because I wanted two lights and it was cheaper this way. I ended up giving the extra hub to my brother and now he is outfitting his house as well. Impressive how many color options are possible. If cost was no option I would replace every light in my house with these. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they are pricey and I find I do not change the colors very often. Really just to show someone how they work, or at a holiday to be festive.
