Its a very good game, but so far it seems very, very similar to Sun and Moon with little to no changes. Thats really my only complaint so far, but Im sure thatll change the later on in the game you get.

What I dislike about this product is that it is basically like the Pokémon sun and moon trials and what I like is there are Pokémon from previous games.

Okay, so let me start by saying that if you own Pokemon Sun/Moon, then Ultra Sun/Moon doesnt have much more to offer. There are a few changes that does help a lot, and that includes seeing Pokemon out in the wild just living their peaceful lives while you go about your adventure. The changes in the story make things feel a bit fresher, and the post game story feels a bit simple, but its quite fun going through the Rainbow Rockets, whom are actually pretty tough, and quite funny to read their dialogues. Giovanni is a true badass though, but sadly that story is left inconclusive. There are other additions like buildings that were under construction in Sun/Moon, are now Picture Clubs or Surf Shacks in Ultra Sun.Moon. The Mantine surfing is also fun, to a certain degree, though it is hard to unlock new moves for higher scores. Overall, I do not like the game, but I do not dislike it either. I would, however, recommend it to someone that has not played the original Sun/Moon games, or to someone that really loves the franchise.

Pokémon Ultra Moon starts similar to the Original Sun and Moon, but right away you can tell the difference after about an hour or so of story progression. This time the story takes a massive change around the last of the Island Challenges and there is a lot of post game content to experience. The game really shows just how far Gamefreak was able to take Pokémon on Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon as well as how much power is required to run the game smoothly. The New Nintendo 3DS and 2DS is the preferred way to play this, but the real slow down issues for the 3DS are mainly in Totem battles and Festival Plaza area. The game is really vibrant and has a lot to do for old and new players as well as being a lot of fun in general and nostalgic to those who played since the beginning. This is easily one of the best games to ever release on the Nintendo 3DS System and I highly recommend it to any fan of the series or someone wanting to try out the series for the first time.

Honestly, it feels like a great send off for the series on the DS series of consoles. Tons of features, a wonderful story, and overall one of the best, if not the best, in the franchise. Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon blew away all of my expectations. I liked the original Sun and Moon but this updated version just feels so much more...complete. Its amazing and a must have for any pokemon fan or anyone looking to get into the series!

Honestly, this is not a bad game. However, compared to all of the previous generations, especially X and Y, this game felt too different and dumbed down. It actually felt like a kids game, but not in the way previous generations had only kept in mind. Then again, maybe I am finally getting too old for these.

I got the World Edition print of this game instead of the NA print, they both work the same I’m just bothered by the sticker on the front. The photo I used is what it actually looks like

The game was very close to the regular sun and moon. The big difference was all the legendarys you can get. The only problem I found with all the legendarys, was the annoying minigame you would have to play over and over for only a slim chance of finding one of the legendarys at random. Because of that, I was borderline gonna give this game a 3 star. I am a pokemon lover, so I still enjoyed playing the game again and experience the post-game episode which was very fun in my opinion.
