I purchased this for my mom and she loves it! It was very easy to set up and with just a press of a button it cleans her floors. It has saved her time as she has a large villa with tile flooring. I recommend this product.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have small 3 level condo. 2people and no pets. Cleaning for Robot is easy, I just need to bring it from first floor to second and to 3rd. I am very glad that it has step awareness, so I don’t have to block stairs. It has hard time to navigate around dining room chairs. May be high end upper expensive robots have better intelligence to navigate furniture, but for my needs and budgets this robot is all I need. Haven’t use mop options yet

I am really enjoying it. It makes life so much easier. I have hard floors and it keeps them looking great.

We have an open area on our first level with hardwoods and a few rugs. This little girl that we have nicknamed Roberta takes off and cleans the floors with amazing suction and cleaning. We do pick up small items like pet toys before setting Roberta off to work. She sometimes will get hung up on a rug, but she does a great job of untangling herself. We love watching her readjust and get busy. She gently bumps into furniture and goes around the coffee table. The remote works great. She puts herself in her charging station when done. Since we have a pet, we do have to empty Roberta after each use due to the amount of dirt and hair she collects. Welcome to our home Roberta.

We have been hesitant to purchase a robotic vacuum because of the price, noise and not knowing how effective they were at vacuuming. The XIEBro vacuum does a good job of vacuuming and we feel the house is cleaner. Here are things we like and don’t like about the vacuum: Pros: The suction is very good and picks up dust and hair without a problem. You can program it to come on at a specific day and time and it has a repeatable schedule. It maneuvers around tables and chairs very well. Easy to clean and a extra set of brushes and HEPA filter are provide. The noise is not bad particularly when you program it for quite mode. The battery allows the vacuum to operate for about 90 minutes. Cons: We wish the software was more robust so that you could program the vacuum for “virtual” walls so that the XIEBro would avoid specific areas. The mop, while a nice idea, is not useful. We agree with other reviewers that the mop feature on the vacuum functions as a damp rag that you would lightly push around the floor. In other words, it does not do much. Dropping the price to below $200 was our motivation to buy it and try it. At that price, it is a fine purchase and recommended.

This is my first robo-vac so I dont have much to compare it to, however it works exactly as I expected. The roaming logic seems pretty good, navigating around chair legs and other obstacles while covering the floor well. It has a mopping function, which I havent used yet (letting it cover carpeted areas, which is not good for the mop). It comes with a remote-control, which makes it super easy to get started, but also has a mobile app for more advanced operations. The main things I expect work really well - it picked up loads of hair and dust (surprising how much), its easy to empty/clean, and it finds the re-charge station consistently. The sensors seem to work well in most situations. The unit is pretty quiet, for a vacuum. The only thing I think should be improved is the wi-fi, which only works on 2.4ghz, and the app isnt smart enough to overcome that limitation even though my home wi-fi does both 2.4 and 5ghz bands. My phone was set up on 5ghz, and couldnt find the robot. So, I had to rename the 2.4ghz to split my home wi-fi into two separate identities, and then switch my phone from the 5ghz it was set up on, to the 2.4ghz. After that, the app was able to sync to the robot just fine and works nicely, but this setup is a hassle that I feel should be improved... probably the best way would be to have the robot support either 2.4 or 5ghz. UPDATE: I had the unfortunate luck to have the battery go bad on my unit, unable to charge. Even though the robot was on the charger, connected to wi-fi, and reporting charging status, it remained at 0% charge after all efforts to resolve. THE GOOD NEWS is that this company totally stood behind the product and sent me a brand new one. I had to ship the defective one back to California, but the company reimbursed my shipping cost with Amazon gift codes. The replacement came very quickly and communication was always friendly and prompt.

I waited a couple of months to leave a review because I wanted a chance to see how it worked. Well I only name something if I like it. Rosie does a really good job. For the price difference between her and her competition she deserves a place in the family with a name! You have to remember to take the brushes off and remove hair wrapped around things. Tha app that goes with her is simple to use and alerts you if shes stuck somewhere. If things change I will update my review.

Its pretty good ! For the price! My floors have never been this clean before ! Totally worth it ! I do have to say that the suction is not to powerful but after the machine is in for some time picks everything up !

We are satisfied with the robot, but there are areas where it struggles. Specifically, carpet isnt its main forte. Its hard to download the app and is complicated to use. However, we love how quiet it is compared to some competitors and it does a solid job on wood floors, even with pet hair.

Estuve de visita por Estados Unidos y me llamó la atencion este robot de limpieza con opcion de trapeador. Me puse a investigar sobre el producto en la pagina de amazon y me di con la sorpresa que tenia muchas funciones que ayudarian en casa y a un precio muy bueno en comparacion con otros prodcutos similares que ofrecen. Lo compré y lo trajae a mi pais donde resido (no tuve problemas para trasladarlo por avión en vuelo internacional y no es muy grande ni pesado). Una vez en casa seguí las instrucciones para poder probarlo y me fue muy facil con las instrucciones del manual. En principio lo cargue en su base para tal fin y lo use con el control remoto, lo cual es muy sencillo, pudiendo realizar la limpieza y lavado del piso. Me impresionó la facilidad con lo cual se desplazaba el robot en toda la amplitud del piso de mi casa y como dejó el piso muy limpio. La persona de apoyo que hace la tarea de limpieza del piso de mi casa, quedó muy contenta porque el robot hace toda la limpieza y el tiempo que se ahorra, permite que se pueda dedicar a otras tareas, lo cual le permite ser mas eficiente con su trabajo. Claro que cuando no viene la persona de apoyo en esas labores, yo mismo lo programo y dejo que haga la limpieza de forma facil y efectiva. Seguire probando las bondades ahora conectándolo con Alexa, ya que tambien compre un ECHO DOT de 4ta generacion y segun especificación cuenta con control con voz vía ALEXA. Podría concluir que es un gran dispositivo que te facilita la vida. MUY RECOMENDADO A TODOS.
