    Worked out of the box and cloned the original hard drive in the laptop to the SSD. Booted up just fine from the SSD and speeds up the laptop response considerably.

    This drive is unbelievable!! My old one was about 6 years and would take about 4 minutes to turn on. I would open folders with pictures and spend 10 seconds for a file to open and close. Now my laptop turns in less than 30 seconds and I can multi task and fly through folders... I highly recommend this Samsung SSD. I bought a second one for my wifes computer and the same results. Smooth, quick and painless to install and now my old one is my full backup .... Rick

    I bought this for my Xbox One S games and housed it in a Sabrent 2.5-Inch SATA to USB 3.0 enclosure. Fortnite loads much faster now so I can quickly get back to having my ass handed to me. Wish I had gotten and external SSD sooner.

    Now that I finally solved my cloning issues this SSD drive rocks. I moved everything off of my old mechanical Seagate Barrcuda 1Tb over to my new EVO 860 1Tb. My impression is that this PCs IO is ate least 4 - 6 times faster as a result.
