> 3 dayThis is an excellent vacuum for hard surfaces flooring and carpet. It cleans up nicely, the filters are easy to clean, and I love how its multi-functional. Its a little heavy to move around on the carpet but it does an amazing job.

> 3 dayWas able to grab a gently used version and I can’t believe what this picked up after I had done a thorough vacuum on my rugs and hard floor. I can’t believe I waited so long to invest in a good vacuum. Highly recommend

> 3 dayI do not like this Shark, I cant I do not like it, so I shant I do not like it, so I rant I do not like it. I. Just. Cant. Its heavy and its awkward It pulls you to and fro Its hard to steer around your room But dont you let it go, ka-Zoom!! Do not buy this Shark, I say Do not buy it! No, I say. Do not think about it twice. Do not think about it thrice! Just go now. Just run away... Or it will run away... on you! All fun aside --- Oh... It does have suction power but pulls you with it. And I mean it Pulls hard. You almost have to fight with it to pull it back towards you and then it just wants to take off. Getting it to the upright position again is another issue - because it doesnt like being still- it just wants to keep moving. The pet hair attachments arent that great either- they are very awkward to use and miss a lot. I really miss having a retractable cord too. None of the attachments stay clipped in well or easily. On top of all that, the dust cup is so small that even in my tiny living room (only 15x15,) I have to empty the cup often, at least 4 times every time I vacuum. I thought Id only have to do that the first couple of times I used it. Nope. We dont exactly have a house full of kids running around either so it shouldnt be that full. Im starting to wonder if its eating my carpet. I havent had back spasms in over 10 years. They showed up the day after I started using this vacuum cleaner. Hmmm... Theres other Shark vacuum cleaners that are great- this isnt one of them.

> 3 dayI paid for and ordered a NEW vacuum. As I unpacked my vacuum, I started to notice that there was minimal packaging. A bit odd, but I kept going. Then as I read the manual to assemble and use, I get to the end and see that it is a refurbished product with a 90 day warranty. I’m asking for a refund. This is unacceptable. I carefully selected a NEW price option and nothing in the description says it is not new.

> 3 day(I dont ever review anything, but I gotta!) This is my thrid Shark vacuum. I only level up because my kids move out every couple of years so I give them the amazing one and then get a new one! I forgot to take a picture of the canister the first, literal minute I used this one. We dont even have animals and the dander, ok probably skin cells, LOL, that got sucked out of the carpet was almost frightening! As in get this vacuum NOW. I didnt even need to use my mop, the floor setting for the hardwoods was like a mop for the dust. Im pretty blown away. Ok, the headlight does let you see you have way more dust in corners than you ever realized...get it!

> 3 dayIt looks nice but very heavy, not suitable to carry up, down steps. I have more than one shark vacuum. It is my favorite kind. The older versions seemed to have better suction than the newer ones, the earlier versions of the lift away where the power head could go under furniture was way better. I’ll use it around the house. I bought it to go in an office I work to keep there but too heavy to carry up & down steps. I don’t like it compared to the recent ones I have purchased. The headlights is definitely something I love on the vacuum!

> 3 dayIt does the job but is very heavy and difficult to maneuver. You really cannot get under tables, beds ect. The accessories that come with it are just okay. I was looking for a vacuum that I could use to vacuum carpeted stairs. I figured since you could detach the base, this would be helpful, but the accessories that it comes with are not very good.

> 3 dayI got this ZU782 Rotator to replace a Shark Navigator Powered Lift Away Pet (nv586). Our house is mostly hardwood now, and we use a Shark ION Flex with DuoClean - its awesome for hardwoods, the front roller does a great job polishing the wood and picking up ANYTHING large. I figured this model would be great on carpet as well - but despite the ridiculously high suction this vacuum has, the Zero M brush does NOT agitate the carpet enough. I vacuumed a 10-sqft section of carpet with this vacuum, and noticed the brush lines in the carpet were very fine, but not very pronounced. I took my Shark Navigator, emptied the bin out and vacuumed the same section again. The amount of dirt and dog hair the ZU782 left behind was ASTONISHING! The Navigator has a traditional brush head that is powered, and very similar suction power - but that brush head is planted much closer to the carpet than the ZU782 has the Zero M roller positioned and I think that is what makes all the difference on carpet. The wand on the ZU782 has a larger diameter hose thats longer than my navigators, and its on a really nice swivel as well. It comes with a air powered wand attachment - I had one on a old Dyson and found it to be mediocre. It is also NOT a powered lift away - meaning when you lift away the base with motor - the main brush head is detached and can not be used separately as the navigators can - though its not a super useful less going under beds.

> 3 dayI was very excited to upgrade to a this ZU782 Shark. That has been short lived and I am hoping I get used to it and it gets better. Right of the bat, it is heavier than my previous vacuum and much harder to maneuver. I have hit baseboards more than once. It suctions really well and that is the only thing I am finding super positive. Very disappointed in the attachments and there are no others to buy. My old one had a brush type attachment that allowed me to suction the top of the baseboards and such while kind of scrubbing the dirt up to be suctioned. None of the attachments allow that. It comes with 3 attachments but there are only places for two of them on your vacuum. Also using the attachments is awkward. It isnt just attaching to the hose, you have to remove the top half that is like a miniature vacuum and it doesnt allow you to get into tight spaces under furniture. Using a hose was much better but not possible with this model. All in all, I wish I had bought something different.

> 3 dayThe only thing that I was disappointed about was I thought all liftaways meant it has capability to clean under furniture like my old shark. It has to say “powered” lift away for that option. Also is a little heavier than the last shark. Gave to daughter in law and ordered correct model
