Greater than one weekI purchased a 4 pack. I had a bit of issues w/ getting them recognized by my home WIFI network so emailed to tech support listed prominently on the instructions. Immediately someone replied and gave me a phone number to call and they quickly walked me thru the steps - very knowledgeable and efficient. One of the 4 plugs reset button was not making good contact and they offered to send me a new one immediately. Excellent support and product, I recommend it.

Greater than one weekWe go overboard w/ decorations each year, and had a whole production of shutting off lights before going to bed each night. Not anymore. We absolutely love the ability to click a button and shut down the festivities. Not sure how long they will last but definitely worth the purchase to get us through the season.

> 3 dayOnce I got these working, they are great. I got 3 out of 4 working. The problem is when pairing, the light is suppose to flash, but if it is it isnt noticeable. On two of them, I said it was flashing even though I could not see it and I managed to get them hooked up. On the last one, I finally gave up after trying over 25 times. Why do most of these things say, it will flash blue, or green, but it is usually in red. Another problem with all smart plugs, why cant you design for two to work on one wall receptacle.

Greater than one weekMy router does not let me choose between 5 GHz or 2.5 GHz. Make sure yours does before you order this. I didn’t read the product description well or check my router in advance- trying to help others not make those mistakes. Gave 4 stars since it wasn’t their fault, but I wasn’t able to use it and properly review it.

> 3 daySo much better than the old style timers where you had to pull out pins to set it. Needs a WIFI connection. Difficult to program/get connected to.

> 3 dayThe only issue I had is my phone wouldnt scan the tiny qr code on the back- I looked at these reviews though and someone mentioned the name of the app you need (HBN Smart). It took me two minutes to set it up and provided hours of entertainment turning the lamp on my husbands side of the couch off and on. We cant wait to have friends over so I can mess with them too

> 3 dayIt took me a couple of days to get the bugs worked out, but now that I’ve done that they’re working perfectly. By the way, they do allow you to program a light to turn on and off multiple times a day.

> 3 dayI have now used 3 of these. I bought one a few months ago and it worked well! I had a lava lamp plugged into it and it worked well with the app for a few months. I decided I would buy a second one for my salt lamp, thats where the issues started. On the other side of the room I plugged in this other socket to a surge protector, it worked for maybe a few days, then suddenly stopped. I couldnt reconnect it, I was in the return window still so I decided to try for a replacement. The replacement didnt connect either, and I accidentally lightly nudged my lava lamp plug and it decided to stop connecting and couldnt reconnect either. Im not sure whats up with these, I wish I could go back in time and not buy a second one I guess.
