> 3 dayheadline says it all - devices seem to work as well as any wifi device, ie, with a good 2.4gHz connection, just fine. But rather than clutter my phone with each manufacturers app, the smart life app works fine with every wifi device I have. And no, Im not affiliated in any way with smart life, but I like to spread the word when something just works.

> 3 dayNow that life is getting back to normal, living with the pandemic, my wife and I have started to travel. I wanted to replace the clunky mechanical timers controlling lights in our house with smart plugs. Ordered a set of 4 plugs from BN-Link. Two were defective. Customer support replaced them on the spot without any hassles. My house is now lit on a schedule set by my iPhone. THANK YOU - Excellent product and service!

Greater than one weekIt took me a couple of days to get the bugs worked out, but now that I’ve done that they’re working perfectly. By the way, they do allow you to program a light to turn on and off multiple times a day.

> 3 dayGreat little device, I have one hooked up to a boot drier, another to some battery charger. I also have a couple of their outdoor models as well, one is set up for my engine block heater for my truck. Setup is pretty easy, need a good wifi signal(has to be a 2.4, not a 5 wifi signal) the app for phone is pretty easy to use. I use the schedule setting for the outdoor plugs. For my boot driver I set a timer, and there is a cool feature called inching, basically you turn device on, after a set time it shuts off. I use that on the charger. The biggest issue, which is minor, is the inching feature. Max time is 60 minutes, this feature would be way more useful if you could set hours as well. My battery charger will charge a battery in less then 60 minutes, but my boots take about 2 or 3 hours(sometimes more if really wet). So having to set a timer everything turn it on is a little annoying. Overall, for price features and design, I am very happy and definitely recommend.

> 3 dayThese worked very well for about 3 months, then one stopped working and the other stopped working a few days later. At first they both turned off and on at random times. Now neither of them will pair at all. Disappointing.

> 3 dayEasy wifi, iPhone, and Alexa integration. I bought 8 for my Christmas window candles. It was easy to create a Christmas light “group”. They are on a timer and it’s so cool how great they come on and off at the same time!!! Easy to rename and use elsewhere after Christmas.

> 3 dayI was unable to get the app that comes with it to recognize it- which then made my Alexa app not useable. So I cant really say- but if nothing else the ability to set it up was not there. so as a normal plug with a on off I guess its ok.
