> 3 dayWhen I first got these I looooved them, sound quality is amazing on these and I love the touch controls as well as the noise cancellation. The reason I’m giving this product 3 stars is because every time I went to switch a device the headphones would make this super super loud buzzing sound and they would do this for about 10 seconds and then just shut off. I don’t know if this was just the case for me but it happened enough times to make me feel the need to return them. Get the wh1000 xm4s! I got those after returning these and they are amazing if not better than the m5s.

> 3 dayI love everything about these headphones. I literally where them all day. They are beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The battery life is great and the adaptability of the NC feature to ambient is amazing. They are so smart I hardly need the app. Which is good because I don’t really like the app for them that much.

> 3 dayGreat headphones. I like them a lot and think they are great. A little overpriced yet worth it if you listen to music a lot. I gave it a 4 because it has a little too much bass. Better than Bose headphones though.

> 3 dayI was on the fence about these. Fairly expensive and some reviewers had some pretty negative things to say about them, specifically the comfort and noise canceling. I recommend you go to a trusted audio review site now and read those instead of these Amazon reviews. Your experience is much more likely to mirror those than the negative reviews. Amazing noise cancellation, great sound quality, and comfortable enough to wear for hours at a time. These have become my daily use headphones and I havent given it a second thought. Worth every penny I spent. Ill leave it at that.

Greater than one weekNoise cancellation is top tier no doubt about it when Im commuting in the city or on a train. Be very careful though as I believe they cancel too much and you might potentially be in trouble if youre not aware of your surroundings. Sound is absolutely amazing especially with the EQ. One thing that worries me are the ear cups, they shouldve added more cushion towards them and made them just a bit more spacious as overtime it tends to hurt my ears when I have them on for longer than an hour. Great product would recommend if you can afford it

> 3 dayThe sound quality is among the beat I’ve tried. there are 2 issues though, it is extremely uncomfortable on my head which is normal to large I would say and the LDAC bitrate mode selection is not remembered by the device so after each reconnection it is reset to the default mode (which is balanced mode: between speed and quality). regarding the fit, it press way to hard against the skull part and I can’t stand having it on my head for more than 15 minutes. it sucks, I really wanted it to work.

> 3 dayAmazing sound quality and comfort. The app is also great as it allows you to fully customize and control the sound to best fit your sound preference.

> 3 dayI love everything about these headphones. From the sleek look, to how lightweight they are, to the case the durable case included with the purchase. The sound quality is amazing, it tunes out my tv even when I’m right next to it. There’s the noise canceling, ambient noise, and no cancellation feature and they all work great and as intended. One feature I didn’t know about when I bought these is when you take them off, the music automatically pauses for you. It starts playing once it detects the headset back on your ears. When you start talking to someone, the music will pause as well until you’ve finished talking. I’ve used them at a music festival, on a plane, and at home. The only con I could see is if someone is talking right next to you (on the phone or something) you can still hear them, but never bothered me much. 10/10.

> 3 dayThe factory ear pads are a bit crowded for larger ears. Only negative I could come up with.

> 3 dayok not gonna lie i only bought the sony headphones because they were popular on tiktok and way more affordable than the airpods max. but i’m very satisfied with my purchase. while i do think the design of the xm4s are nicer, i think that the xm5s were worth the price difference (which was about $50 at the time im writing this). the sound quality isn’t mindblowing at first but tweaking the equalizer in the app should fix this. i’ve never owned a pair of noise canceling headphones before, but to me the noise canceling is very solid. it makes studying in decently loud places and commuting so much more tolerable. i will say that sometimes the band feels heavy on my head, but if i loosen the headphones a little, it feels better. i would definitely recommend if you don’t have the budget for the airpods pro or if you don’t use an iphone (although they do still pair well with an iphone too!)
