What is too small for my macaw he’s not that big he didn’t like it didn’t want to go on it I sent it back I was very unhappy with it maybe for a cocktail or a smaller Amazon but not for a macaw especially one that is spoiled

My white bellied caique was terrified of the perch. Perhaps it was the color. I suggest using a natural wood color

This will in no way help trim the nails, its clay with holes, if anything the nails will get stuck in it. Unless you just want something for your bird to sit on, its not for grooming nails. Returning it.

I was really excited to order this product because I’ve heard great things about the company. My Indian Ringneck LOVES it. He approved of it the very first day that I set it up in his cage and he has used it daily. This perch also helps trimming down his nails and feet. I will be ordering this again in the near future.

This perch is thinner than others we have used so our Cockatoo seldom uses it even though it is placed in her favorite spot. Because she doesnt like it her nails are much longer than with other similar perches. Going to see if one of the other birds likes it better.

I bought them to help toenails filed down & they DID NOT do that. They help keep feet in condition, but NOT toenails!!
