> 24 hourI have used this in my home a few times now, and I am on the fence as to how much I like it. I bought it to replace an old Dyson stick vac that broke. I like that this one has two batteries so I can get more done without having to wait for a recharge. I also love the hold button to keep the vacuum working while not having to hold the trigger button the whole time. I do find that it seems a little awkward to get it to turn on, and without using the hold button, it is difficult for me to keep the vacuum running consistently. The vacuum was easy to set up and fit right where my old Dyson was set up in my laundry room. I only have to store the power brush on the floor, the rest fits in the wall mount. It is definitely quieter than my old Dyson, but part of me wonders if that is because it isnt as powerful. Using it without the Max setting seems useless. I have three dogs and two cats, so I am constantly vacuuming up pet hair, as well as stuff from kids. This vac seems to stop at the slightest clog. My Dyson would keep sucking and I could pull off the paper or whatever was blocking the wand. This one just stops. I am also finding it difficult to actually empty the whole cup. With so much pet hair being sucked up, some of it gets stuck in the upper part of the cup and wont fall out when I open the bottom to dump it. I dump it often to prevent overfilling it. I havent figured out if there is a way to open the top to pull out the hair. It isnt easy trying to get it out from the bottom. My fingers dont fit, so I have to try to find something to stick up in the cup to get all the hair out. After reading all the wonderful reviews, I am quite disappointed and wish I would have just spent a little more on a new Dyson.

> 24 hourTenico vac review. Long story short. This is a great vac. Short story long. Let me count the ways. First, the quality of build is excellent and I mean excellent! With a very solid weight and ballanced design the feel and function of this cordless vac from Tineco fulfills everthing you could want in a top of the line Dyson killer. One could even talk about machine beauty with the fine design symmetry that meets the eye at first glance. A work of art perhaps in the realm of electro-machanical conception. See my pictures as these images convey this emotional impluse. But liking what you see does not a perfect purchase make. Power via suction and battery strength is a main attribute of a good cordress vac. And with the push of the max button one could pull the carpet off a wall to wall perimeter nailer with this machine. Add to that the main LED lit power head and you will see a perfect ballanced example of form following function and visa versa. Tineco also bundles 2 high powered lithium ion batteries along with several accessories all housed in a convenient wall caddy. Also note the vac automatically charges while hanging on the wall. No need to plug and un-plug an AC adapter wire. Moreover, the caddy has the ability to auto-charge both batteries at the same time. Like I said the design of this cordless vac package is simply superlative from start to finish. As for actually using the vac. I love it! Whats not to love, if love can be applied to a vacuum cleaner. In my opinion this machine could take the place of a corded vac in most situations. Simply press a release trigger to empty the debris canister. No fuss no muss. This unit picks up everything with no problems including the infamous cat litter. Also of note is the inclusion on a constant-on trigger. One can just sqeeze the auto-on power trigger and let go to stop or engage the unit power. Or one could trigger lock-on switch for convenient, constant power. There is real Hepa filtration as well. Tineco even includes a special Hepa filter cleaning attachedment to easily prolong the use of the Hepa filter. There are so many cool features to this cordless vac system. Im sure I missed one or two. But you get the idea. For under $300.00 with Prime Shipping you can not go wrong in buying this Tenico cordless vac system, where you are buying a whole ballanced cordless system, not just a great cordless vacuum cleaner.

> 24 hourI was a bit confused with the Amazon reviews because there were inconsistent descriptions of the product: one description implied that there were two batteries, and an extensive accessory pack with the A11 Hero. In fact, there was only one battery and fewer accessories that was described in some descriptions. This confusion, does not, however, detract from the performance of this amazing vacuum. Here are my observations. PROS o Very quiet motor. My cats arent sent in a panic sprint when I turn on the vacuum. o Excellent suction, even on the lowest setting. o Accessories are very good. The filter cleaning attachment is genius! o The multi-filtration system is excellent - all of the filtered dust is effectively captured in the hardware. o The large floor attachment with brush works extremely well on my hardwood floor. Further, the design is excellent as the roller can be removed from the housing for cleaning. The attachment has LED lights which are perfectly positioned to spot dust on the floor. Excellent. o The smaller attachment, also with a powered roller, is super efficient in removing cat hairs from duvet covers and furniture - best that I have found! o The cleaning tool, with blade to cut hair wrapped around the roller is very useful. o The weight and balance of the vacuum is very good. It isnt tiring to hold for periods of time. CONS: o The battery does not last very long on the high setting. This wouldnt be an issue if there were two batteries. o Minor issue: there are some small crevices in the design which are difficult to access to clean. Youll need to purchase a small brush to clean. In summary I would definitely recommend this vacuum. It isnt inexpensive, yet its performance is comparable to Dyson which is much more expensive. Also, in my opinion, the Tineco ergonomics are better than the Dyson: better balance and lighter. To be sure, the Dyson may have a bit more performance, at a much higher price point. I wish there were two batteries, but I dont consider this an serious issue. My overall impression is that this is a well thought out, superbly designed and effective vacuum. Excellent value for its price tag. 3/16/2021 Update. The on button trigger lock broke today. I called Tineco support and they said a replacement (main motor housing) would be sent to me because the vacumn was under warranty. Support said they would be sending me an email requestinh an image of the broken component and the serial number. I received the email in a few minutes, and replied with the image attached and the serial number. An hour later, Tineco support emailed me to let me know that the replacement part was being prepared to ship to me. Amazing customer service! Great service, great product, great company.

> 24 hourA great addition to the household for those tasks not requiring a bulky, cumbersome, heavy, plug-in full-size vacuum cleaner. Chose this brand after much research, which confirmed good performance and great value. Purchased this specific model due to our desire for a motorized attachment specifically designed for bare floors and found it to be very good at its intended purpose. Overall, well designed, and effective dust and debris pick-up as well as reasonably leak-free construction. Decent battery longevity, but will likely buy a spare battery to allow hot swap. The provided wall-mounted stand has a built-in automatic charger for the unit as well as a second charger for the spare battery...a thoughtful bonus.

> 24 hourNot for someone that vacuums everyday or multiple times a week. This is my second one of these vacuums in a 3 year time frame. I really thought I loved it…. The first one, I had issues with the connecting areas of the piece wearing out, and the vacuum would randomly lose its suction power. thought it may have been me and the way handled it using it everyday. The second one I was very careful with my use and cleaned/replaced filters when needed and regularly cleaned it as well. Now a part of the bottom of the vacuum (felt type piece that slightly lifts vacuum up to be able to suction the larger area) has been worn down and make it useless for tile/hard wood/vinyl floors (It’s fine on carpets). It doesn’t pick up anything bigger than dust, it just pushes it along until I physically lift up the vacuum and put it on top of it. It makes a scratching sound on the floor (and shows scratches on the plastic of the vacuum) I do not want to take a closer look at my floors. I no longer can use this 2nd vacuum.

> 24 hourI have been using a Roomba vac and have loved it. My daughter convinced me to buy this new vac for my new house- said it would blow my mind. She was right. It finds dust bunnies, pet hair and debris from places I didnt know existed! Great suction. The light on the wand is a great addition. Thought I wouldnt like how short the rotatingroller brush is, but in fact the smaller size allows for getting into very small spaces. Lots of attachments. Easy to clean. Wish the charge lasted longer but my shoulder needs a rest after the 30 minutes anyway. Great purchase. Highly recommend. Great price.

> 24 hourThis vacuum was fine, had it for a year and it worked okay but not nearly as well as our old corded vacuum - maybe thats not a fair comparison? We have a few larger higher pile area rugs and it just never seemed like it got them that clean and also tended to push things around on the hardwood but for the price and for a wand vacuum seemed like a fair compromise. After having it a year it suddenly lost suction so now we need a new vacuum - warranty claim process looks cumbersome, would like a replacement.

> 24 hourDisappointed. I have an older Shark stick vac and needed a replacement. I read the reviews and videos and felt this might be the one. Its almost too light, sort of flops around and the top seems heavy...off balance with the entire machine. It is not self propelled. Does not leave nice vacuum lines and the rotating bristle brushes are short and just skirt the top of the carpet. Long hair still get caught up in it. The suction is not what I expected. I never used the lowest setting because it just didnt do the job. The higher suction level buttons had better suction. Fairly easy to clean out. Lots of nice attachments. With Shark all the function buttons are within thumbs reach. This unit power suction level button is on top away from the onoff un switch. Personal preference regarding button placement. When Im vacuuming I dont want to fidget with buttons. You must use the lock switch to keep the unit running or you have to constantly hold down the on button with with your finger. The handle sort of rubbed a sore spot on my thumb. Over all I just didnt care for it so I gave it to my husband to use when cleaning the vehicles.

> 24 hourWe used our vacuum for the first time yesterday, and I was quite surprised about the amount of sand that was pulled out of our garage carpet runner. The rug always looked clean, but when this vacuum was turned on the high speed mode, it had so much suction that I had to push rather hard to get it to move. We bought a battery operated vacuum several years ago and bought one we could afford. I do not like paying $230 for a battery operated vacuum but it is many time more powerful than the cheap one. We were going to buy the $500 Lupe vacuum because it is so powerful, but it did not have headlights. So we purchased this one, our second choice. The headlights are very bright and the suction is amazing. Would I recommend it? Absolutely yes!!

> 24 hourI LOVE this vacuum so much. We have carpet and hard wood and it’s does so amazing on both. We have a dog and it really gets every nook and cranny when it comes to pet hair. I feel like this vacuum makes me want to vacuum 4x a week and makes the job seem so less painful and easy. My ONE problem is that because I have a dog, the hair is super dense and the tank on it fills up quick, and when it does, the hair gets stuck in the tank and doesn’t just fall out when you open the hatch. So I have to take out the filter to pull it out, which gets all the pet hair/dirt all over my hands. That’s one way I wish it was like other vacuums where you could push the dirt out from outside the tank. But other than that, the battery life lasts so long, the 3 levels of suction are amazing for those problematic areas, and it really gets into any spot possible, especially with all the attachments.
