Greater than one weekWorks best for quick spot cleaning and hardwood floors but can also work as a whole house vac if you have enough batteries or break your house up into sections and do one section a day.

> 3 dayNot for someone that vacuums everyday or multiple times a week. This is my second one of these vacuums in a 3 year time frame. I really thought I loved it…. The first one, I had issues with the connecting areas of the piece wearing out, and the vacuum would randomly lose its suction power. thought it may have been me and the way handled it using it everyday. The second one I was very careful with my use and cleaned/replaced filters when needed and regularly cleaned it as well. Now a part of the bottom of the vacuum (felt type piece that slightly lifts vacuum up to be able to suction the larger area) has been worn down and make it useless for tile/hard wood/vinyl floors (It’s fine on carpets). It doesn’t pick up anything bigger than dust, it just pushes it along until I physically lift up the vacuum and put it on top of it. It makes a scratching sound on the floor (and shows scratches on the plastic of the vacuum) I do not want to take a closer look at my floors. I no longer can use this 2nd vacuum.

Greater than one weekits the best vacuum Ive ever had. Works great on rugs and carpets. The battery sometimes drains, so if you have a fully carpeted space, Id recommend getting 2 of those, but if you have hardwood floors or tiles, it can do the whole space on one charge. The attachments are super useful, and I do use them since they make a difference (unlike other vacuums Ive had) and the charger can be nailed to the wall, which makes it look so elegant and its easy to use and charge.

> 3 dayIts been a year since I bought this vacuum and Im still in love with it! Since its storage is on a mount that charges it, I have never had it run out of power in the middle of cleaning. Its so easy to grab it and do spot cleaning that I usually use this instead of a dustpan. The suction is just as strong now as the day I got it. (Just be sure to empty and clean it as per instructions.)

> 3 dayI also have a Tineco Pure One S 12 and a Dyson stick. They cost $450 and $700 respectively. The Tineco A 11 Tango does all the important things equally well at $219, a fraction of the cost.

Greater than one weekUse for quick cleaning when I dont want to drag out corded vac.Like the adjustable suction for lighter fabrics and rugs. Bought this to use on stairs .Is ok for that but not as well as I had hopedbut the carpet is that old 70s sculpted nylon carpet thats pretty worn .Is easier than using corded upright.. Wish it had a extendable wand to help us shortys reach high spots.would be handy to have another holder on rack to store the filter cleaning tool

> 3 dayLight weight stick vacuum, really picks up dirt and dust. Only negative, is its not easy to empty, but aside from that its great.

> 3 dayI bought this to replace an older Dyson. It’s extremely light. When I’m vacuuming I feel I don’t get floors as clean because when pulling back the floor attachment lifts up some. That is my main con on it. Coming with all the attachments are nice and it hangs neatly on wall. I do have cats and it will not pick up the litter if it’s on a hard floor close to a rug. Where my Dyson would. Again I feel this is because it’s so light it doesn’t make good contact with floor. For the price I did decide to keep it.

> 3 dayAfter tons of research, reviews, videos, etc; I finally pulled the trigger and bought this. First impressions, really well built and much quieter than expected. The suction is incredible compared to my older canister vacuum, but then again its 20 years old, heavy and awkward. Im kinda a neatness freak so the only thing that bothered me was the cord for the power was kinked and stiff and looked out of place with the streamlined look of the rest of the system. My local big box store sells 6’ pieces of cord management tubing to hide cords in - perfect solution. My vacuum is in a high traffic area in the house so how it looks is important to me. I used it once so far and went over the same area I just vacuumed with my old one and was pretty surprised with how much more dirt it picked up. Might just retire my old one for good. My wife who is not as mechanical as I am found it quite easy to use and maintain so the designers hit the nail on the head with this one. Like others have said, the lights on the main power brush are a game changer and really help to see what youre doing. If this holds up over time Ill know my research paid off. For now...Im totally impressed.

> 3 dayPerformance was decent for the price and handheld factor for the 10 months I used the A11, but there were issues with the motor and it wouldnt be able to power to the third step without shutting itself down. Now the device will not even turn on. I have taken great care with it, only using it once one or two weeks on my hardwood floors in my studio (barely any debris or dirt). For it to not work in less that a year is an utter waste of money and I am so disappointed. I have tried all the troubleshooting guides and the device simply will not switch on even though the battery is full. I should have gone with the Dyson EDIT: I called the customer service line and explained the problem. They were able to send out a replacement main motor for free. Bumped up my review but still concerned the lifespan on this product is 1 year. Surprisingly good customer service
