> 3 dayIts been a year since I bought this vacuum and Im still in love with it! Since its storage is on a mount that charges it, I have never had it run out of power in the middle of cleaning. Its so easy to grab it and do spot cleaning that I usually use this instead of a dustpan. The suction is just as strong now as the day I got it. (Just be sure to empty and clean it as per instructions.)

> 3 dayThis is my first cordless vacuum, so I was interested in finding one that could do the job for as little money as possible, knowing I wouldnt get a top-of-the-line model. I think I did well with my purchase - I am LOVING the quick grab-and-go freedom of a cordless vacuum, and how easy it is to empty and change between the various tools. I vacuum every day now instead of whenever I can muster the energy to drag out my heavy corded vacuum. All that said, the suction on this isnt as good as Id want in something Id be using longterm. I have to run it over rug areas multiple times to get everything up, which isnt great, but considering how light and easy to use this is, Im not too mad about it. It does much better on hardwood than rugs.

> 3 daySo I started off with a bottom of the line Moosoo XL-618A stick vacuum for $119.99 and fell in love with stick vacuums (my apartment is mainly hard floor). My son actually broke it by stepping on the stick and snapping it in half. So I needed to get a new stick vacuum. My friend went and got a Moosoo 250W Upgrade Motor 6-in-1 vacuum for $159.99 and the vacuum came with attachments (hose). So I tried out my friends vacuum and was impressed with the suction and the fact it came with attachments. I wanted to do my homework and get the best possible vacuum but not spend the $500-700 on a Dyson. I researched stick vacuums and Tineco kept coming up as a highly recommended stick vacuum, so after researching and reading a ton of reviews I spent close to $300 on a stick vacuum. First let me say I dont think this Tineco is a bad vacuum, I just dont think you should have to pay $300 for something you could get at half that price. The vacuum itself is beautiful, never thought I would say that about a vacuum but it is. I love that the charger is a docking station and you dont have to plug in the vacuum everytime your done with it, you just place it on the docking station and it charges. The suction is good but the battery doesnt last long at all when you put it on the highest speed. I dont think you can find a stick vacuum with great suction power and a long lasting battery which is why I believe if you pay the high price for this vacuum you should get an extra battery or at the very least some attachments. The wheels squeak when you push it around, the highest speed is kinda noisy and it doesnt pick up bigger pieces of debris. If you have a chip on the floor you have to crush the chip to get the vacuum to pick it up. Overall I like the vacuum what I am trying to say is that I believe this vacuum is overpriced and it should come with an extra battery. Works just as good as the Moosoo 250W 6-in-1 for $159.99 and I would learn to plug in my vacuum and do without the docking station for $150 cheaper.

> 3 dayFirst, the Tineco a11 is a huge improvement over my corded canister vacuum. (Now retired) A week before it arrived, I vacuumed all my area rugs and hardwood floors. When the Tineco arrived, I charged it up and went right to work. The clear canister showed an abundant amount of dust, hair, and particles left behind. I tried all the accessories; all are easy to attach and work well. The filter cleaner is a well thought out item, and works easy. Some hints: empty the vacuum outside the house if possible into the garbage. You end up with a lot of debris and it’s a bit messy when it falls out. If your mounting the holder on a wall use toggle bolts into the sheetrock, unless you find the wall studs. The unit is a bit heavy with the main body/battery, tube and full-size power brush. The on/off motion could loosen wall anchors. My only criticism (4-star rating) is the battery. This unit comes with only one and they are a bit pricey. I don’t know how many charges to expect. For the price, after research, it’s the best deal.

> 3 dayI was so tired of dragging around my old vacuum with an extra long cord that caught on every piece of furniture I got close to! I took a long time to decide on a cordless vacuum. It had to have powerful suction, a long-lasting battery and be light enough for me to carry easily. And it couldnt break the bank. And it had to deal with the debris left by 5 cats! I found the Tineco A11 Hero after hours of reading reviews. I am so pleased! I wish I had purchased it sooner. It met all of my requirements: 1. It has 3 levels of suction. So when Im just vacuuming up cat litter, cat fur, and pieces of cat scratch pads, I use level 1. Its fine for that. 2. When I want more suction for cat food, I use level 2 or if Im vacuuming cat fur, etc. off a rug. 3. I rarely use level 3. 4. Ive only run the battery out once. Keep in mind, I dont do my whole house in one day, but I use the vac as I need it for spot cleaning. I can do the family room, dining room, kitchen, cat room (yes, I have one) and not run down the battery. For the master bedroom and bath, never a problem. For the guest bedroom and bath, no problem. For the library/sitting room and office (my house sounds big - it isnt - about 1800 sq ft). no problem. 5. Its light and easy to handle. True, I have to push it over the debris to get it to pick it up (it wont pick up in reverse), but Ive gotten used to going forward when I use it. The swivel feature is the bomb! I can get under almost any furniture or around any chair leg. Although my cats still run from it, it doesnt make anywhere near as much noise as the other vacs I have. The only drawback is the waste container. I wish it were larger. I collect so much cat fur that it fills up quickly and then I have to empty it - again and again and again. For the price, it cant be beat. The quality is excellent (I had never heard of Tineco).

> 3 dayGENERAL: Be sure to consider what goal you want to achieve when vacuuming different styles of rugs. Compared to my Dyson DC50 (which is corded, heavy, and bulky), the TINECO A11 can get under and around EVERYTHING. One drawback is the brush head; it doesnt dig as deep into the dense carpets I have, unlike my DC50. With a dog and two people, dander and dust and long dog hairs are most common in what Im cleaning up. Compared to the heavy Dyson, it may only be #slightly# lesser at digging into my carpets. If I was a neat freak like my mom (she has 4 vacuums for a big house, all with their strengths and weaknesses according to what she wants to clean). BATTERY: One battery lasts about 20 minutes to an hour based on how often Im switching between the three modes. For me, thats plenty for my 800SF. Only downside is the charge time; takes about 4 hours to get fully charged, but if I still need to vacuum, Ill take the heavy corded vacuum out and finish with that. ACCESSORIES: The attachments that come with the base A11 are fantastic, especially the small motorized brush. I use that on our couch when I need to get dog hair and stuff off the cushions. DEVICE BEHAVIOR: One thing I noticed is the inverse relationship between the motorized brush heads and suction power. For example, Low Suction allows max brush head RPM, and High Suction steals power from the brush head, reducing its RPMs. For my home, the middle setting for suction gives me a happy balance of both. If I want it to dig deep into the aforementioned carpets, Ill use the Low setting (high brush RPM), then switch to Medium setting to make sure it sucks the disturbed dander out. I went with this vacuum instead of the expensive Dyson Cordless Vacuums. Im extremely pleased with my investment, and would recommend anyone looking for a cordless non-Dyson to try out one of these.

> 3 dayHaving this vacuum is one of the few highlights of my 2020. It made vacuuming a fun activity in this never-ending quarantine life. First of all the vacuum is BEAUTIFUL. The light blue accents plus the crystal clear motor and dustbin, just beautiful. When my husband saw me first using it, he thought it was a toy that I bought. Very quiet, great suction power. Bought one for my parents house and for my one-bed apartment. Works great on the stairs and also perfect for my small apartment. Since I bought it Ive been vacuuming at least a few times a day. Watching the floor become spotless is so satisfying and relaxing. Also love the on/off switch so I dont have to keep pressing the button. Before I found out I could just flick a switch to keep it on, my hand got really sore after a few minutes. The built-in light is a plus since it makes the dust a lot easier to see. When I feel like a break from sitting, I vacuum. A few things I thought could be improved: - An alternative docking system that doesnt require nails in the wall. Didnt want to punch holes on my rented place, so I tried my best with what I had.. with the vacuum resting on the wall and the charging station taped to the wall with damage-free tape. I have to take the battery out to charge, but thats easy. - A more elegant system to empty the dust bin. Its now a bit awkward to empty the bin as you have to first detach the tube and turn the motor head side way. The shape of filter also makes emptying hard as it traps some of the dust. Would be much better if its a straight cylinder in the bin. - The wheels on the floor brush squeaks. - I wish the brush head could be laid flat, to vacuum under the bed. Now I couldnt reach very far under the bed because the brush would come up in the air.
