I originally began looking for a vacuum to make cleaning my stairs easier. It’s always a hassle with the big corded vacuum. I am so glad that I found this stick vacuum. This is the first stick vacuum I’ve owned (besides the one I bought and returned the next day right before purchasing this one). The suction is great and it’s easy to maneuver. It works better than my corded vacuum and makes me want to vacuum more often. I love that it has a base to sit on and it doesn’t need to be installed on a wall. The battery does go down quickly, but it hasn’t been an issue for me since most of my lower level is uncarpeted. I do sometimes use it on the wood floors, but mainly use it for the carpet. I do wish the dustbin was a little larger though. My favorite feature is the iLoop smart sensor. I keep the setting on auto and it automatically adjusts suction power according to how dirty the area is. You can see when the area is clean with the lcd screen (changes from red to blue). I have a dog and it works great picking up pet hair. The first time I used it, it picked up hair that my corded pet vacuum wouldn’t pick up. So now I use my Tineco exclusively. I caught this on sale and am 100% happy with my purchase!

We had cheap vacumes that did not seem to do the job. This one is a bit more expensive but not too expensive. I really did my homework and we are happy with this unit for pets. no tangling on roller and messages and filter cleaning capability. Very high tech and vacumes well up to baseboards real good.

The vacuum isnt very heavy feeling in my hands or in my back, neck and legs. I usually have to switch holding it back and forth because even though its light, to my body it feels heavy sometimes, which is why its awesome that you can not only pull the trigger for it to work but flip a switch and it stays on without you having to do anything else. It has a turbo boost that will also stay on if the switch is on. Awesome if you need a little extra suction on an area rug. It also works great on my outdoor carpet on my decks. It also will give the regular setting a boost if it senses the area being cleaned is a little more dirty. It has a face on the top that senses when the filter needs to be cleaned and other stuff as well as a light that turns from blue to red if it senses more dirt in an area when vacuuming. There is an app that shows you information going on with your vacuum performance. I installed it, checked it out and then uninstalled it. Its really not essential and does nothing to make its job easier for you to use the vacuum. Checking filter is pretty much a given, isnt it? I dont want pretty bells and whistles, I want a vacuum that kicks @$$, that does what its supposed to do without breaking the bank. I didnt realize it would come with the filter suction cleaner accessory and I ordered one as well so now I have a spare plus I ordered a couple extra filters. The removable filter tube thingie that holds the filter is so awesome! Put the dirty filter in the cleaner, put a clean filter back in vacuum cleaner, turn it on, turn the dial thingie on the edge of cleaner to turn the filter and between the little brushes inside the tube and the turbo boost youve got a clean filter! Dirt will eventuality pack into the corners of the canister. Just clean it out with some compressed air but make sure you do that outside! The long skinny brush attachment is great for cleaning small or tight places you couldnt get by hand and to clean out bugs from inbetween the screen and window when cleaning windows. Its also the best at cleaning your heating/air duct area under your vents. It then gives you no excuse to not clean the vent covers since theyre off anyway! Just be careful and dont forget the vent cover is off and fall into it with your foot and leg like Ive done more times than Ive got legs! The short brush attachment that has a larger sized opening (different then Ive ever seen before!) and its great from everything to dusting collectibles, dusting ceiling fans and the air return vent cover! Only thing is extra batteries were sold out (the wall caddy that holds/charges the vacuum and some, though not all accessories, has a space for an extra battery as well!!) so I guess I need to check and see if they have any yet. I would buy this again, one of my favorite vacuums Ive ever bought. I wish the cover for the containment canister was a little more secure, mine has broken and even though it still seals, sometimes it gets dropped into the garbage can when emptying the dirt. Now if this vacuum was as smooth moving as a Dyson (it really does, I love using my moms, I thought about stealing it) with the on switch you can choose to lock on that this vacuum has with a fair price (theres no reason these little vacuums should cost as much as a decent fridge or washer and dryer, a car or mortgage payment). Even though I dont think this brand should be as expensive as it is, (I have a $40 upright canister vac Ive had about 15 years now and it still works great and even though it has a hardwood flooring setting it doesnt do that well on non carpeted floors. Which has led to my hunt for a great vacuum that doesnt cause me pain to use. I shouldnt hurt the 2+ days after doing the floors) its cheaper than a Dyson but cleans as well as the Dyson, thats the reason we got this one. Im still happy with it, but wouldnt turn a Dyson down if I received it as a gift lolol UPDATE 8/24/22 I forgot to mention that in order to get under furniture without the head tilting, bend down and turn your hand 1/4 turn and it will lay flat. If you1/4 turn left the head will want to go left, same with the right turn going right. So you can get underneath furniture that doesnt have great clearance, you can get how ever the highth of the head. Im able to get under the dressers that have that gap at the bottom. AND BTW - Im still loving it and Im glad I got the extra battery with the added bonus the spare battery holder on top of the wall caddy also charges, so when Ive had to use turbo extra or Ive just been vacuuming that long (its amazing that the teenager never has to change the battery the whole time shes vacuuming the same floors I am lol), I pop the charged battery in the vacuum and pop the dead battery up top so itll be ready the nextday or even later the same day depending on how long its been charging. I honestly dont know how long it takes to charge. Guess I should look that up so I can time it every once in a while to see if theyre still maintaining a charge and if not, how fast is. That would be good information for a future update!

I am very happy with this vacuum. It works very well overall. It is very easy to maneuver and gets into tight spots quite well. It transitions very well from carpet to bare floor. I would rate it five stars overall except for a few, mostly minor, complaints: In addition to the main cleaning head, it has 4 accessories, but the wall mount only has space for 3 The unit can only be charged in the wall mount holder, you cannot plug a charger in directly The charger is underpowered; I put it on the charger as soon as I unpacked it (there was enough charge to test it out) and was not fully charged after four hours. The charger plug is proprietary, and I cannot substitute one of the numerous chargers I have accumulated over the years. The battery appears to be a proprietary design so I cannot substitute one of my 18v or 20v tool batteries. The vacuum only comes with one battery. A spare battery costs $150 which is approximately 2/3 the price of the whole vacuum Looking over this list I wonder if maybe it should be three stars??? Hope this helps

For reference I have a two bedroom apartment. The vacuum will last charge wise if I move quickly throughout the rooms. If I need to take my time to make sure I’m getting all the dirt and dust, it dies before I’m finished. I will also say, this doesnt pick up anything larger than a grain of rice. I dropped uncooked Israeli couscous and the vacuum would not pick it up as the standing vacuum. It did pick it up when changing to the handheld version. Hair does not get stuck in the roller, but it does get stuck in the wheels a bit. I love the emptying feature. You can use the lever and to get a good clean you can remove the peices from the middle of the lever to make sure all of the dust is out. I have a dog and a cat so this sucks up ALL of the hair and litter. I love it. Con: the battery just doesn’t last. Pros: cleans up pet hair no problem

I needed a cordless vac for the carpeted stairs in my 4 level condo as well as a mini vac for my car or small cleanups. I read tons of reviews and all seemed to have issues (too heavy or the on/off button had to be manually depressed at all times, for instance). What they all had in common was a short battery life (30 to 40 minutes), and attachments for mini vac needs, furniture, corners, etc. The newest Consumer Reports magazine had just come out and featured vacuum cleaners. The Tineco Pure One-S11 stick vacuum received its #1 rating, so I ordered one. First of all, it looks like something out of a Star Wars movie and is surprisingly light (I weigh under 100 pounds and have no trouble with it). It is also built to twist and turn, so very highly maneuverable when on stairs. It has a lock feature that enables you to leave it on without having to keep depressing the on switch. It also has a high suction feature that runs down the battery faster, but is a great option for deep cleans. It is cleverly put together so can be taken apart easily for clean up, though the instructions were a bit confusing to me initially and I had to rely on my intuitive sense (I am not a big techie - maybe not a problem for most people). Customer service is super nice and go out of their way to help and follow up, if needed. The unit looks big when mounted on the wall and charging, but the extra parts can be stored on the base unit (they click on and off to remove), so out of the way. The filter can be removed after each use and put in a little unit and the vacuum cleans it in seconds - so filter is very easy to clean. I have not purchased a 2nd battery yet, but probably will, along with a long, narrow wand that looks like it might go further into hard to reach places. The charging unit has a place on top that will charge another battery after the one in the unit is fully charged. I couldnt believe what it found on my stairs!! Really a deep clean that made me realize how inadequate my lugging around my corded vacuum was. I think the best feature is that when there is a small amount or light dust, the blue light on the top stays blue - when it encounters more dust/dirt, it turns red, meaning you need to stay on that spot for longer until it goes all blue again - extremely cool and very useful. The only downside is probably not limited to Tineco, but battery life is 30 to 40 minutes and it takes 2 to 3 hours to recharge, and while the clean up is made easier by the filter cleaner, you still need to wipe out the inside plastic components, of which some parts are not that easy to get to. But all in all, I love it and my stairs have never been cleaner! I plan on vacuuming furniture next (couches, etc).

What I like: the light on the bottom to see all the dirt you’re picking up, the flat head so you can maneuver under furniture, fairly lightweight Cons: terrible with pet hair. Clumps up super fast and I’m always having to dig around the canister to empty it out. My old Dyson I didn’t have to touch any or the dirt or hair to make sure it emptied. It gets clogged easily and quickly loses its suction. I find myself having to wash my hands every time I vacuum because I am removing clogs from the pet hair each time. If you have a dog hair problem, definitely splurge on a higher end model made specifically for it! I wish I would’ve done that.

Hi - I dont typically leave product reviews but Ive been so impressed with this vacuum! I have a 1200 square foot apartment with vintage and delicate hardwood floors. Id been looking for a vacuum for a while that I can use on the hardwood without harming it. The hardwood floor attachment on this vacuum is perfect. Also, I cant say enough about how handy it is to have a lightweight cordless vacuum. No cord or plug-ins to worry about. You just pick this up and go - almost as light and easy as a broom. And, unlike a broom, this vacuum gets ALL the dust. Previously I was sweeping my whole apartment weekly and mopping it once a month - and I still constantly had dust and dirt on the floors. With this vacuum I can clean all the floors and rugs in about 30 minutes once or twice a week, and I plan on mopping only about once every 6 months (except the kitchen and bathroom - which I still mop weekly). If you live in cold climates and need to clean the snow salt off your entry way rugs every day - this vacuum also does the trick. Again, its just as quick and light as a broom. You can grab it and clean your entryway rugs in just a couple of minutes. The battery charge really does last 40 minutes. The different attachments all come on and off easily, and the vacuum easily converts into a hand-held vacuum thats great for couches, benches, chairs, etc. The only downside for this particular model is that the handheld function isnt particularly great for vacuuming up dust on solid furniture (such as dressers or shelves), but thats best done with a damp rag anyways. I was nervous about making such a large purchase and worried that it wouldnt actually work very well, but this turned out to be a good purchase.

Most times, instructions I find for assembly are insufficient. With his vacuum I think they are overwhelming. I was not expecting have to guess which of the numerous models fall under the same letters. I could not figure where some parts should go. A friend found that not all parts are used in the unit I got. I am disabled-- but not dumb. Once assembled I found the vacuum to be well made and performed very well. If it were easier to assemble I would have given it a higher rating. Highly recommend.

This vacuum makes it so easy to clean. Very lightweight and the battery lasts a long time. BUT my absolute favorite thing about it is the anti-tangle technology. I had long hair that sheds like crazy.. I used to have to cut my hair out of other vacuums often. Not with this vacuum though! I think ive cut out less than 20 strands the entire time Ive owned it. Its amazing.
