> 3 dayThis was so fun to do. And easy !! I did 2 white t-shirts, and one long sleeve thermal shirt. Still have some bottles left. They got all you need to do it. gloves, and so many rubber bands, more than you need. If you like wearing , Tie-Dye , shirts, this is it for a beginner. Like I was. The have picture diagrams, on how to create different effects. SO COOL !! Fun project for children, and adults ! The only thing, disappointing, was the blue washes out a lot. Dont forget to wear the gloves provided, so you dont get color fingers !! ha ha !!!

> 3 dayOverall, I was really satisfied with this kit. The variety of color was great, and the vibrancy of the shirt has lasted through several washes. The kit included everything I could need. It was all super convenient and easy. My only small complaint was that it was hard to seal the bottles completely, or maybe that some water with dye spilled over as I was filling them in the sink, because when I shook them up to mix the dye, a little spatter would escape each time. However, I had no problems with that while I was actually using the bottles to squirt dye, so it really wasnt a big deal. Besides, you gotta expect tie dye to be messy. I would definitely recommend this kit.

> 3 dayThis kit is simply amazing. I dont often write reviews, but depend on them when purchasing products so I thought I would lend my endorsement to this wonderful kit. It was so simply to use and had an enormous amount of dye and everything you would need for almost any size of project. I had to dye book bags for my class and hadnt ever tie dyed before so I was hesitant. The directions were simple, colors were gorgeous and the process was flawless. I was shocked! I was able to dye 25 cavas book bags and four mens t-shirts, but we ended up discarding all the extra dye so, honestly, we could have even done a larger project. I purchased two kits, but will save the other for next years students. What a great product and a wonderful value. Plus...it was really fun!

> 3 dayId wanted to tie dye for ages, so I finally buckled down and bought a kit. The bottles were smaller then I thought they would be, but there were plenty of colour choices, and they had a lot of product in them. I ended up making 10 pairs of socks, 2 scrub tops, a cami, and a full sized sheet set. The colours were vibrant, and the squeeze bottles were easy to use. I wish the instructions that came with them were more than just pictures, but I did my best. I appreciated the drop cloth, rubber bands, and gloves that came with the kit. Too bad I was too stubborn to use the gloves. My one complaint is that I wish there were slightly fewer pink/blue based colours and some more yellow. Because a lot of my projects needed something lighter and brighter, and I ran out of yellow and neon green quickly. Other than that, great kit.

> 3 dayGreat dyes that one can use with all the family. Each little bottle, when filled up to the line, gives the shirts strong colors. But they are small, so they run out pretty quickly depending on how many shirts one does. One packet allowed us to make about 5-7 shirts (depending on the style you want/how much dye you use). You can also add more water when a color starts to run low, but just be aware since it’s watered down, it may not come out as dark. Also, make sure to use gloves and use a plastic sheet underneath whatever you dye because it will stain your hands/nails for about 1-2 days. Something that came with a previous packet of tie dye were plastic containers (like the to-go boxes). When we finished our shirts, we then placed them inside of the containers and put them in the microwave for about a minute or two to let the color seep in deeper with the steam/heat. Just be careful because it will be hot when it comes out. After we just let it cool down and then rinsed and wash the shirts. Some color does wash away.

> 3 dayI bought some soda ash to help fix this dye,and it worked beautifully. My daughter and I used not even half the kit and dyed 2 toddler shirts and 8 9mo. onesies. Maybe it was 10 onesies (some were long sleeved) anyhow..we still had some dye left over in the 7 bottles we used, could have probably done 2 more items... The thing with this kit is to know how many items you can possibly dye because once you add water to the dye bottles they are only usable for several hours. We had alot of fun with this and I think for as many colors as you get, its a pretty good deal...as we will get a couple other uses out of it still. Ive been trying to think what else we can dye with it. So far the items we dyed have held up bright and awesome even after laundering. We watched a bunch of you tube videos to learn how to tie and apply the dye. I did all the folding/banding and my 3 year old was able to apply the dyes. It was a fun afternoon project for us and the drop cloth is heavy enough that you can use it again.

04-04-2025I’m so impressed with the amount of colors in this set. I used every color except for the black. My favorites were the purple, pink and turquoise together. We were able to dye shirts for the family and each person was thrilled with the gloves, rubber bands and dyes included. The colors held up well after washing. I’d recommend this set to anyone wanting a fun activity!
