> 3 dayLove this knife for what it is. It has become my second most used knife, behind my laser. When I let my friends use it, the only thing I have to worry about is them taking it home. With my expensive knives, Im worried about them abusing them. Not this gem. It can take all the abuse you can throw at it. It is great for slicing meats, tomatoes, etc. The blunt tip makes it not ideal for chopping onions, but works great for 2 of the 3 cuts. I just use a small paring knife for the cross cut portion.

> 3 dayReally sharp blade. This makes slicing meat so easy. First use was on a large pit ham. Like going through soft butter. Its a pleasure to use. To me it was worth the money.

> 3 dayReally nice sharp, thin blade and cuts smooth. The only reason not 5 stars is the blade is a bit flexible. May not matter in the long run. Sliced thru chicken breast and ribeye with ease
