The product works great; I’ve used it on my bathtub, floors, cabinets and door seals. But the handle! It completely needs to be re-designed. It grabs into the flesh between your thumb and your fingers and it makes that area very sore. I’ve only used it for maybe 10 minutes at a time. I’ve had to wrap the handle with a piece of cloth to make it usable.. Other than this I’m very happy with the steamer.

I bought this to replace my McCullough steamer for my detailing business. I like the Wagner better than the McCullough but it had a weakness - the straight attachment tip keeps breaking when using the brush attachment. That being said their customer service is second to none. Every time Ive contacted them they promptly sent me a replacement. While it is frustrating that it keeps breaking they know about the problem and stand behind their product!

I bought this to clean an old home that we are renovating. It was neglected and then abandoned. This thing gets in every nook and cranny. Ive used it on ceilings, beautiful moldings with creases and crevices, old windows/frames and sills we are restoring, floors, plumbing, wallpaper and walls, you name it. I love this thing!! Made a big job very easy to tackle! I was debating on spending thus much, but for the time it saved me, its worth every penny!

Works like it suppose. Seems you are waiting a lot for steam to rebuild but works well

Ok so I just only received this yesterday. I started it up today and I have vinyl flooring. I have 3 teenagers, dog, and 2 cats. I’ve bought so many steam mops over the years. This machine is bada**!!! My floors have never looked so good and fresh!! I also used it to dust my tv console shelves - was amazing and fast!!! I tried using it on my oven like the video but that didn’t really do much. But man I can’t wait to do it on my mirrors and windows!! The cord was REALLY short so an extension cord is needed if you are going to do large area.

We use it for sanitizing around base boards. I am a mechanic and it takes grease off of doors and trim very well. Also works great in the vehicles
