Greater than one weekSince remodeling my kitchen I had several cabinet doors that opened into walls, the open dishwasher, and the side of the refrigerator. This simple device took care of all problems. I was able to remove all the silicone bumpers that I had on the walls, etc. This is a much smarter answer to this common problem.

> 3 dayThis product exceeded my expectations. I needed a restraint on two medicine cabinet doors so the metal door pulls would not hit my mirrors. I was looking for some sort of chain system, but found these instead. Great idea to have SS wire encased in vinyl wrapping. Very easy to install. Directions were good. I would recommend that the instruction say After locking the first screw and wire eyelet to the door, bend the eyelet back towards you by about 10 degrees. That way the wire rope comes towards you upon closing the door instead of away from you and bind on the cabinet opening alittle. Not a big deal, just helpful for me.

> 3 dayWhoever remodeled the kitchen before we bought our house didnt account for the fact that when one of the cabinet doors opened, the knob would hit the edge of the wall, which ended up damaging the drywall and exposing the corner bead. I bought this and installed it, patched & painted the drywall and forgot about it. I realized that sometimes it is a real testament to how well something works when you forget all about having installed it (it means it is working)!

> 3 dayWhat a pleasure it is to use well made products. I just finished assembling some cabinets made in another country. Part of the order was damaged and the replacements were also chipped and broken. So I enjoyed working with these cables. Yes, it looks like a simple thing to make. But these are just perfect. And the package included an extra screw. What more could youd ask for!

Greater than one weekI purchased these for my home cabinets as I experienced a similar product on my motorhome. They were exactly what I was looking for and do a great job of controlling how far a cabinet is opened to avoid damaging either the door or the opposing wall.

> 3 dayI wish I’d known about these YEARS AGO! I just painted the kitchen cabinets and had to repair a couple that had been hitting the door pulls next door to them (cracked the joints and then some). So I went looking for a solution to prevent this from happening again. Bought these restraints, watched their YouTube install video (THANK YOU!) and installed in no time. I’m back for more because we have similar issues in the laundry room. Wish I could give this product 10 stars!

Greater than one weekI purched the restraint kit for my homemade electric brew control panel for when the front panel is lowered and they shoudl work exactly as expected (using 2 for strength; one at each side) I plan on installing them at a 45 degree angle which is shown as a Bad Installation in the instructions. Why is 45 degrees shown as a Bad Installation? Best thing about the instruction is being told to use 1/8th drill; as I probably would use bigger based on visual examination of screws.

> 3 dayI was looking for something like this and wasnt disappointed. I installed new cabinets and the swing was a bit wider than expected.
