The computer worked great for about 3 months then the mouse pad stopped working. Called customer support and searched videos to try and fix, but nothing worked. Now I have to pay to ship it back to see if they can fix it or get me another one. But inconvenience being without a computer - would not recommend.

I really expected an alright laptop when I placed my order. I am overwhelmed by the quality and performance of this Acer laptop. It does everything that I wanted and more! I greatly recommend this laptop to anyone that is looking for a computer that can do virtually anything that you need to get done.

This computer is well worth the money. There are only 2 things it needs. Add more memory and install an additional hard drive. They are both very cheap and easy to install. I have a Dell Inspiron that cost 4 times as much and this Acer will run circles around it. I am now a loyal Acer customer. This machine is very fast, has a very nice keyboard, and the touchpad works great. Not one single complaint.

This is a great laptop. It has a nice HD display, a good build quality and can be used for light gaming. Overall a great buy for the price. I added another stick of Ram as 4gbs wasnt enough. You can also upgrade the m.2 SSD or add a SATA 2.5in SSD and leave the 128gbs SSD as a boot drive.

Got it for a month now so far so good. Video Quality very good. Great price. Battery life is good also.

Update: I added more RAM and a bigger SSD relatively easily. Yay.

I purchased this laptop on Amazon Prime Day, and it hasnt disappointed for the price I paid. It is VERY lightweight, and is perfect to carry to the coffee shop and get things done. It does only have a 250gb SSD, but does come with 4 screws to add an HDD if you wish. I dont plan on putting much storage on here, and actually bought an external SSD on the same day with another deal. Id buy this again and recommend to friends!

The laptop hinge on drivers side right froze causing the computer to be unusable. I bought this for my mother in Jan of 2021, she hardly used it and now it is broken because you cant open/close the lid.
