I have had this for a couple of years now, and have no complaints. I dont game or do anything heavy-duty, and I did upgrade to 8 gb of ram though. Its fast, and is perfect for surfing the web and doing word processing.

Not a touch screen. Basic machine. Not enough memory for all the junk residual that Windows program stores, especially if you escape the Microsoft search engine only restrictive setting that does seem to avoid malware. Expect to expunge to factory setting eventually. Having said that, SSD drive is worth the speed. Could have bought a cheaper machine with similar specs, but automatic keyboard backlight, aluminum lid for what its worth...ok.

For the price alone this laptop has been everything I needed and more. I use it for work (emails, zoom calls, all of Microsoft word/spread/PowerPoint) and more importantly leisure. I stream all my services on this laptop and script write on the side. Could not recommend a better laptop for the value.

El mejor portatil en cuestión de calidad-precio. Viene un poco limitado ya que tiene solo 4 de ram y un SDD de 128GB sin embargo con muy poco dinero podemos extender estas capacidades y nos resulta en un ordenador que bien podría costar $600! con un excelente procesador como lo es el Ryzen 3 incluso podremos jugar a la perfeccion con juegos poco exigentes como League of Legends.

Honestly my only compliant with this little laptop is the lack of touch screen. However, for three price this is a great value laptop. Its great as long as you dont ask it to do too much.

The trackpad stopped working after a Little more than a month. Poor quality product!

Overall a good laptap, but I would not purchase again because there is no numlock or caplocks light. Very annoying when you are entering a password and cant tell especially if there is no show password on the website.

Its Amazing for a budget laptop

I tried switching to this laptop to be my daily use laptop for a few weeks and the more I used it the more I found things I really didnt like. The top thing on the list was S Mode. Prior to opening this laptop I had never heard of this feature. S Mode forces you to install apps from the Microsoft Store. You cant download your own applications and install them manually. You also cant change your default browser. Its Microsoft Edge and thats it. I couldnt even install software for my printer because it wasnt on the Microsoft store while this laptop was in S mode. Thankfully the Microsoft site has instructions for how to get S Mode turned off. Its a one way change and you cant turn it back on (...oh no).
