I bought this laptop to replace my $1200 Mac that I purchased in 2014 and I couldn’t be happier. This thing is as fast as my custom built gaming PC. Screen quality is absolutely fantastic and crisp, ease of access to photos, documents, etc. couldn’t be more straightforward. I will say I absolutely hate OneDrive, but that is a Microsoft issue not an Acer issue (and one that can be fixed).

Oh MY. Had it less than six months. Corner cracked and screen stopped. Made a warranty claim and even though the label on the bottom of the lap top is stamped less than a year old, I STILL am asked to show proof of purchase. If I do not, then I can pay for freight to/from and the repair. SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW THIS IS QUALITY AND CUSTOMWR SERVICE?! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I was skeptical about ordering because I had purchased a lower priced PC in the past and it terribly slow. This one however is a great deal for the money. Boots fast, has a great screen and haven’t had any issues with performance.

Very barebones and unreliable, even with the upgraded ram, I still dont have enough power to run Leauge. God I wish i could refund this

This is a great Laptop for Mobility. AMD enthusiast. I use it for content editing. The battery life is great! 4hrs. Unplugged, easily. Ram expansion is plug and play. SSD expansion is a little more technical but all the hardware to connect and Secure in it place are included. Just some minor rearangement. Surprised at the speaker quality also. Its very good. For the price this is a solid buy. Only downside is the aluminum cover. A soft metal.

I recently graduated college and was in a desperate need of a new computer. This computer has been able to run Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and multiple tabs of Chrome without slowing down a bit. I liked the computer so much that I decided to get another on for my brother who just started college.

I’m so disappointed of this product. After having used it for barely three months, the whole frame or the screen broke. When I realized it, I could no longer return it. This has been a huge problem for me.
