I bought this lap top on June 2020 is been only 4 months and the camera doesn’t work, I’m the only one that uses this computer and I only use it to make payments and for classes that I’m taking, I used to be in love with my laptop but not anymore.

Do not buy Acer product period.

I like it very much. It runs much better than my old one.

Easy set up, easily transferred out of S Mode into Windows 10 Home (Pro only available with $99 payment). Boot up is almost instant (5 seconds +- !). Screen display is excellent and at 15+ inches is nicely sized. Silent running, no fan sound whatsoever. Wifi and Blutooth work as expected - easy mouse acceptance. Laptop size is thin and light weight... the build feels a bit delicate, but seems of decent quality. However, I notice more than several negative reviews with problems of longevity... Ill be using it for light work, and some music and video streaming using the on board HDMI, so, time will tell. For the price, Im not sure how one could do much better. Im pleased.

I got this for a 10-15 year old laptop that I kept on life support for way too long, falsely assuming a good laptop would run me around $2k. If youre in need of a laptop, youll be extremely hard-pressed to find a better value than this at $309. I can easily see myself buying this as a gift for loved ones -- and, yes, the Windows OS can easily be switched out of S Mode so that you may install useful third party apps like Google Chromes web browser, etc.

For a $317 laptop I wasn’t expecting much. This computer has nice graphics, is really fast and looks really nice. It’s actually metal not plastic. I’ve only had it a few weeks but so far so good. I won’t be doing a lot with it; maintaining a website/blog, YouTube videos, and using Microsoft office do I didn’t need anything crazy.

I just got my ACER today. However, the screen at 1080p is an amazing first impression. The speed of this laptop is top notch as well. Very responsive. I do a lot of trading chart work. Charts are resource intensive and they load with no problem on this baby! Super Happy about this purchase! Oh, the mini number pad is a nice touch as well.

I would love to provide a review, but I have to go to Staples to buy a power cord.

Got this for my daughter for Christmas of 2019 it is now November of 2020 and the charging cord no longer works at all . Very disappointed because I thought this was a good brand . The screen is great and it works perfectly as far as games but now its cant be used at all .

Bought two of these laptops both died the first week of usage and I have been running around in circles to just get them refunded.
