Greater than one weekThis laptop sucks, dont waste your time. It is so slow, sometimes I try to do something and a I can NEVER get to it because the laptop wont process it. Some websites never fully load, Ill literally only see half of a webpage. At first it was just slow, but I thought well you get what you pay for. This is like dial up slow now. I tried to open up google chrome and it (no exaggeration) took 10 minutes -just to open. I tried to check my email and it crashed. I dont use this laptop to game, for social media, streaming, nothing like that. All I wanted it for was basic school and work stuff. The webcamera was trash but that was to be expected. I tried to make a video call to test it out.... garbage. You click something and nothing happens, no loading symbol, nothing. So you click again, then you wait a minute or two and click again, repeat, nothing. 10 minutes from your last click you have 20 pages opening at the same time and the laptop crashes. I am still just trying to check my email. Wish I would have returned it when I had the chance. Also this review just asked me to rate the touch screen... Is this supposed to be touch screen? Its not. Speakers might as well not even be there. I sifted through tons of reviews for so many laptops! If anyone has any tips to make this thing more user friendly PLEASE HELP. 300 may not be a lot for a laptop but it is too much for me to just throw away.

> 3 dayFor your high school or college bound student, this laptop is really all you need. It’s got a 15.6 inch screen (plenty of viewing area), a back lit keyboard (very handy), it’s relatively thin, and easy to store in a backpack. As far as memory goes, it’s got 4 GB of DDR4 and a 128 GB solid state drive (SSD), which is low nowadays. But since most college work is saved in the cloud, I don’t think this is all that bad. If it’s not enough for you (for instance, if you want to use this for gaming, storing videos or photos), then you will want to look into expanding this or get an external drive.

> 3 dayMy daughter used this for college. Computer is fine but the hinge for screen came unglued from screen case and is now difficult to open and close. The hinge isn’t broken so I can’t even replace it, it just has come unglued from one side .

> 3 dayIt is so so slow. Painful. To order, unwrap, set up, wipe clean, wrap, ship back... what a time drag. I suspect all of the software that comes with this is just completely bogging it down. It reminded me of how our computers performed back in the 90s. Enter a command, go get a cup of coffee to check and see if it was done yet. It was cheap. The display was great. If it only functioned a little better I probably could have lived with it. I gave it a two star rather than a 1 just for the display and beauty of the unit.

03-04-2025I saw the reviews on different sites. I have simple uses for the laptop, for work documents and etc and watching movies. My brother recommended this brand and type so I ordered it and I am in love with this laptop!!!!
