I find that if I take this daily it helps me stave off shingles. I had shingles 4 times in my life and if I take this daily I don’t develop shingles. Not sure this would work for everybody, but seems to work for me.

They are easy to swallow, do not have a bad flavor and are easy to absorb.

This stuff truly is amazing! Had a major arginine imbalance (too much in diet) that was giving me health issues... two weeks of taking these and no more inflammation and aches. Ive found that lysine really does help decrease the frequency and severity of cold sore outbreaks. Ive tried several different brands, and this one is one of the easiest to swallow. The pills are big, and there seems to be no way around that no matter what brand you by. But these are coated a little, and the ends are a little tapered, so I can swallow them without fear of choking. I just bought my second bottle and am pleased and recommend them.

As type 2 diabetic, I tend to have sores show up on me that simply persist and do not fully heal. I have a serious problem as well with ingrown toenails. I love this stuff, when I felt a little sick, popped 2 of these in the morning and afternoon and it works quick..Will order again. Update..I was asked a question and didnt have an answer, but I found it I bought in Nov and expiration in 04/21.. This bottle has 360 capsules. I did experiment and didnt take consecutively for two weeks and boy my immune system went haywire. My allergies kicked in so bad. I started taking 6 a day for a week and it calmed down. Now, Im down to four now. I learned you can build a tolerance in your body so you can go to one a day. Thats just my experience.

I am 66 years old and find my immune system is not what it used to be. My last flu shot gave me more problems that I ever had in my life. I searched on immune system, and started using these pills. I have many allergies that bother me year round. I settled on 4 a day and have noticed a difference, but am still in the wait and see area. Many people have a problem with the size of these pills. They are smaller and have a coating to help swallowing, than the 3 1000mg Ester C pills I also take daily. When I was having a problem getting my Ester C huge pills down, I was advised by a coworker to use warm to hot water when taking my daily pills, and that has made a big difference. I take the pills that bother me most as the first of the day, and I dont have any problem with the rest. Not panicking helps too. I will probably keep using these, along my Ester C, until my next flu shot.

No flavor that I can detect, I have no problem with swallowing these supplements. I need all the immunity I can get during this covid period.

I give this to my cat because she coughed a lot due to living in the past with heavy smokers. But these were too big, even in half. They also did not sit well on her stomach. Soooooo..... I started my husband on them because his lungs and trachea were scorched in an explosion while serving this country. He gets horrible colds and bronchitis. So far so good. He doesnt mind they are big pills. I will update you if he gets ill. But I dont see that happening. Actually even his sneezing and allergies have slowed way down.

This is the only brand I can take that really works for me. I have really bad mouth ulcers. If I have one coming in it never gets bad goes away in about 2or3 days. I used to have them for 3 weeks before they were gone. They were very painful. I never hurt anymore. They are a little hard to swallow. But because they help I’ve learned to keep trying. They need to put a crease in them so I can cut them in half easy.
