My husband takes these for his canker sores and it seems to help if he takes them consistently and gets enough sleep. Usually he gets a million all over his throat and gums which leaves him in so much pain but with these he doesn’t get as many or any at all sometimes.

Ive been taking these for years to prevent canker sores and they really seem to do the trick! I think this is a great quality product.

This is the only brand I can take that really works for me. I have really bad mouth ulcers. If I have one coming in it never gets bad goes away in about 2or3 days. I used to have them for 3 weeks before they were gone. They were very painful. I never hurt anymore. They are a little hard to swallow. But because they help I’ve learned to keep trying. They need to put a crease in them so I can cut them in half easy.

Doesn’t have a terrible taste... but the pill is huge. Just take one and then the rest of your vitamins separately a few minutes later

I usually use a different brand of L-Lysine to help heal cold sores. I saw this one and noticed it cost less than my usual brand and thought I’d give it a try. I’m very happy with Amazing Nutrition Amazing Formulas brand. I highly recommend it.

Good product

The pills work great. But, they have arrived 3 times with no safety seal over the pills or around the bottle. I keep having to replace them for safety. Hope this issue is fixed soon

I had been on prescription medication for cold sores on my lip that kept reoccurring from stress. I read that L-Lysine worked for lip health so I decided to give it a chance. I am so glad I did! I have not had another sore since I started taking this everyday. No more prescription drugs or anything else but this L-Lysine do I take or need. Thanks for a great product!

A friend suggested I take this to reduce the frequency of cold sore outbreaks (herpes simplex) on my lips or near the mouth. Since Ive been taking it (according to directions on the bottle) I rarely get an outbreak (maybe 1 or 2 per year) and when I do, it is only 1 or 2 blisters, not the huge clusters I previously experienced. I really recommend this product!

These are a good size, but not difficult at least for me to swallow. I take one first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Lysine is a superb immune booster and I rarely get sick, even when surrounded by family members who do.
